I worked there and my picture my be on the wall for working there over ten years. Im a advocate for social justice. This is the home if social justice for many in the Santa Clara county. Any service tho is like a chain. Its only as good as its weakest link. So sometimes you can have exceptional staff and those that arent dont last too long. Its hard to be on the side of social justice especially now with the desparity and injustices around the world.I recommend supporting this organization. Volunteer, donate, or apply for work. Any contribution truly can change a life for good. Sometimes possibly even save someones life. Y.E.S. you..

Cant go in but theres an intercom to speak to someone inside the building and they will convey a message to Catholic Charities that youre there and they will help you outside. I accidentally shipped some stuff from Amazon to there and I cant go in to see if I collected ask my packages. I went today and they were closed but should have been open? Their services outside of the office are cool but its hard to talk to anyone there because theyre always out.

My Lawyer is really good, always explains everything pretty good! The service is very professional and very good, if you have an appointment at 1 pm, you get your lawyer at 1:00 pm !They are never late! Thank you Catholic Charities for your help!!

Customer service is terrible. Went there to ask for a simple question and it was like pulling teeth. They are very cold and non communicative. Seems like they don’t like their job at that location. I suggest they get a job they can enjoy.

Very disappointed in Mrs. Cynthia Corona who doesnt keep accurate info on who and when is cancelling their appointments! Instead, she claims falsely! Would not recommend services from her for that particular reason! Very unprofessional

Sonya at Catholic Charities is the best case worker Ive ever had. She genuinely cares what happens to my daughter and I and goes above and beyond to make sure our needs are met.

My sister came to the office for help with re-new green card. She did not speak English well, so she misunderstanding the word consultation. So they charged her for $50 dollars fee around 10 minutes. She was very upset because the office was ripping her off. She thought the Catholic Charity office would help poor people, but they charged for $50 dollars fee. I though these people make more money than any Engineer in the bay. I think the Catholic Charity should re-think the word CHARITY and change the name to RIPOFFRITY.This organization should stop ripping off poor people.Complainer,Donald Tran.

One day my dad calling for nothing? More than 1,500 calls ....This help is a disappointment and also for the organization that was not properly prepared as COVID-19 arrived. It is a luxury institution with unique security, but requested help does not always give excuses that the programs are currently suspended. They send you to look for other Community centers. What is the use of having a building with luxury facades if the people in need do not give an answer or help when the person needs.
