Location: inside Walgreens on Story Rd1st. Dont have a sing to know which check-in counter to drop off stuff..2nd. Didnt get the help as they should give..On website says you can do express drop off just give them stuff present your ID and they will do the rest.. I got a letter from a tv company and have to return a thing and it says take the letter to you when returning also says YOU DONT HAVE TO PACKAGE ANYTHING JUST GIVE IT AS IT IS. By the time I got there a robust woman says to me we only take stuff for FedEx but things must be already packaged with all information and all I need to make my return because they dont do anything else than return.. I showed her the letter and she just ignored me.. wow what a nice workers you have #WALGREENS@Walgreens #StoryRd Never going to use FedEx services again also never go back to Walgreens at that location.
