I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !

They did a great job on the water heater installation, but $3400 for the job is very pricy. They leave without cleaning their mess and leave a huge oil stain from their truck on my drive way.

AQP Was great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to diagnose our problem over the phone, and find the parts we needed within 48 hours. They sent a plumber out 3 days later who did work, left the space clean, and left us with no regrets! Great, Great company!

They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

Some of the wastewater pipes under my house were over 70 years old. Advanced Quality Plumbing took photographs, provided me no pressure options. Once work orders were approved, they immediately replace the rotting galvanized piping and brought all of the plumbing up to code. We were completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.

We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Cant comment on price because I didnt price compare, but the value you get from just knowing its being done right should be taken into consideration!

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough

Finding a broken pipe leaking in your basement on a stormy night is never a good thing. After calling 4 different places I lucked out when I called Advance quality plumbing. There was never hesitation or delay in their response to come in on late notice, on the contrary, they were understanding, professional and responsive. Dedicated to customer service, the owner after a long drive from Tahoe, came right in to address our issue so we didnt have to wait much longer. I had a leaky faucet that I attempted to fix myself but later on gave up after I spent a whole afternoon trying to fix it. I called several places but they were the only one who can come on the same day, so lucky that I found them. Cory showed up within an hour of me calling them. Very friendly and professional. Not to mention he came with his PPE, highly appreciated! He got the job done in half hour! Decent price considering it was after hours time and their quick respose time. Cory you are awesome! I highly recommend this company. I dealt primarily with the owner Cory, and he was all over my job. We had a very complicated set of circumstances, including a brick driveway that needed to be excavated in order to fix the leak. They handled it really well.The plumbers were very experienced (Keith and Andrew did the work), and very professional. Good guys. They completed my job in a quality manner, Even the concrete guy they used (Ken) did a fine job! Overall a good, neat job. My only issue (which is small) was they were really busy, and sometimes the plumbers had to leave to evaluate another nearby job, but this didn’t affect the work too much. I would use Advanced Quality Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!!!

My experience with Advanced Quality Plumbing was great. Within 1 1/2 hours of scheduling an appointment Tim promptly showed up at my door. I explained the sewer was backing up in both of my bathrooms. Soon Tim was in my crawl space inspecting my sewer pipe configuration and determined the blockage was between my house and the sewer main in the street. It would be necessary to rooter the pipe but I had no clean-out installed. In order to safely rooter the pipe and protect from future problems one needed to installed. Soon there were two additional plumbers working in my yard to install the clean-out. It was raining all day but the clean-out was installed within hours. Soon they were running the rooter and cleared out the pipe. Water was flowing. Tim and the folks from Advanced Quality Plumbing were very knowledge, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

Corey came out and did a small job for us on our new homes back patio removing a leaking PVC valve and pipe, and replacing a crusty old hose bib. I was out of town at the time and he was nice enough to explain our options to me via Facetime and then quickly and excellently completed the job. When I called him weeks later to ask where our main water shutoff valve was on our new house, he actually remembered our little job after doing undoubtedly dozens of other jobs since then, and was able to explain where I could find it. Very positive and enthusiastic young man...well certainly be calling again if the need arises.

Very prompt and professional replacement of a failed hot water heater during lock-down.The previous hot water heater had been installed by Home Depot and was still under warranty, so for us to be reimbursed it meant a few extra steps on their part but all was handled very clearly, safely, and professionally.

The rep who came was very responsive to my questions and concerns. They clear backed up kitchen line on dec 01 and after 3rd day again backed up .Called the owner and he was rude non professional and asked we have cleared the line at that day so will not fix again and will asked for 500$ bucks more to fix it again.i asked why why not to fix it at that to correct job done at first place and answer was you have other issues that we do not .I do not know which people are giving 5 start for such pathetic, non professional service
