This company is one of the rare property management companies that is honest and easy to work with. Overall I had a positive experience. They also returned my security deposit in full at the end of my lease, rather than trying to nickel and dime with BS charges like other companies often do.

This place definitely discriminates and chooses who they want as tenants for the properties they post.I applied for a 2 bedroom rental in San Jose and make more then enough to qualify but was told by Shelly that I don’t qualify and that she had spoken to the owner. She also mentikned the owner does not want the 1 1/2 year of rent up front. Whi in there right minds would not want full 1 1/2 year payment up front for there rental.Shelly was very un-professional on the phone and kept rejecting every proposal I’d make so Id advise you to stay away from this company that discriminatines against renters for the wrong reasons.I own multiple business’s so qualification was not the issue and paying the full rental amount owed door the 1 1/2 year should have been a no brainer.
