We had called last minute because we needed to rent 10 chairs for our fundraising event. They worked with us on the details on when we could pick them up and from which location. It was very professionally done and I will definitely be using them again!
Stuart Event Rentals are AMAZING!!!! My last event required umbrellas to be in the middle of the tables to provide enough shade for all of our guests. An hour and half before the event started we bagan to put our tables and chairs together only to realize that 5 out of our 6 tables DID NOT have holes in the middle for the umbrellas. I called Stuart Event rentals and they came within 30 minutes to deliver the correct tables and take away the old ones! I was so impressed with how quickly they assisted us and dealing with the issue like PROFESSIONALS! We definitely will be using Stuart Event rentals for all of our future company parties. :)
Guys were great at configuring the loading of my Tahoe to get everything to fit in one trip. It took some doing! They were fast and efficient. The items were clean and easy to set up. Unloading was just as easy. Great service!

What I really like about any service is the simplicity and practicality and I could rent what I needed right away.
Ordered through Park Ave. They made us pick up in Milpitas. Pretty disappointing. They also misunderstood our order. 36 table cloths for six tables. They did however reimburse us for unused cloths. All in all good.
Kind and helpful staff. Reminder for pick up day of (we lost track of time) and they gave me a call. I appreciated that!We were unable to bring them back on Monday and the agency gave me a courtesy day for drop off the next morning.Great service, great products.

This place gave us exactly what we needed and all in good shape. The chafing dishes were the right kind and size for our needs and were available and loaded and unloaded without delay. Cost was reasonable and the show room fantastic and complete with everything a person could need.
Working with Stuarts went smoothly. Delivery and pick up were on time and a needed repair was handled quickly. Since this was being delivered to another address other than my own, I would have liked a clearer heads up to the exact time so I could have been present but as said before - all went well. I would use them again.
Great customer service; I felt like I was their top priority! I had been here in the past for some holiday table rentals but this time it was a small birthday backyard party and they made me feel like I had spent thousands. They have such a huge selection it was hard to really pick. From customer service to the delivery crew to the setup crew everybody was so nice. I always try to support family run mom & pop shops, thats why I use Williams. So when I had heard they were sold to another local family run company I decided to check them out. I seen in their showroom they have some really nice furniture now too. I totally changed my setup from tables & chairs to furniture & a fire pit. It turned out way better than I had planned. I may just have to redecorate my house for the holidays lol being in the same house for 7 months is getting a little stale, why not rent me a new holiday living room lol great job guys great experience!
I rented only 3 table cloth, yet the service was still excellent. The table cloth turned out to be better quality than I expected. It was very cleaned and well pressed.
Did a fabulous job on delivering the dance floor, tables & chairs! Set up was done in 20mins tops. Great team- very professional- picking up was great as well. Will definitely rent from Stuart Rentals again!
I used to rent all my party chairs, tables, etc with Williams Party Rental. After Covid, when I called I was notified that Stuart Event Rentals replaced Williams Party Rental. I decided to try them based on the quality and reliability I experienced with Williams. I was very happy with my experience with Stuart, everything run smoothly, I was able to visit their show room, choose what I needed and reserved it. The day of the pick up and drop off the person working there was very helpful. I called a couple of times asking questions and the person in the other line was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very happy with the quality of their chairs, tables, and all the equipment I rented. I will continue to use Stuarts for all my party rental needs! Thank you!

Recommend them? Not sure. I rented ballroom chairs from here for my wedding. I looked all over the Bay Area, and their chairs are in better condition than most other places. Brides and grooms, you should definitely look at the chairs before renting. They can be in very poor condition.In terms of service, they were responsive, friendly and delivered the chairs on time. However, they charged me for a broken chair without showing proof of my fault and at an amount much more than the chair was worth. After spending a lot of money here and to be charged in this way to me is quite petty and greedy. If I were the person in charge, I would have just extended a courtesy credit and not even waste time asking for payment for one broken chair. Generating good will and reputation at such a small cost is also by far a much more sound business practice.Would I use them again? Im not sure. I think this is a good business with good people that delivered what was asked, but this kind of nickle-and-dime business practice is just not my taste.

Well I just dropped off a few rental items, and had the worst customer service ever, not sure what the problem is there, you pull up and the all just stare at you with no sense of help or direction. These immigrants need to understand customer service is real thing here in America, then I ask for help on where to go and the one guy who runs the front counter got an attitude problem right off the bat, never doing business with these people again
Ive rented tables and chairs from this place for Thanksgiving for as long as I can remember. Ive always been greeted by a phalanx of helpful ladies at desks during check in, and at the warehouse Im loaded up and on my way in no time.
They have everything! A little pricey, but good quality stuff. Also cool used sales sometimes...
