Terrific end to end experience with reservation through delivery and pick up of a 20X30 tent for our sons wedding reception. Website is easy to navigate and customer service super-responsive. The polite delivery team arrived on time for both drop off and pick-up. The tent was high quality and cost far less than what other event rental companies were requesting for the same service. Wed reserve from them again in a heartbeat.

These guys really came through for our coffee shop. Set up, pricing, everything was perfect. They didnt even charge us for a whole month since outdoor dining was closed for the month of December.

Terrible experience. Our event was canceled due to a couple of reasons. I called to explain everything. They are very aggressive which not listening the reasons just one sentence: we dont provide any refund. we paid extra 200 for special delivery and pick up fee for delivery right before and after the event. I just hope there is any chance they could at least refund the delivery fee since there will be no delivery. But they are not replying email and answering the phones. In the mean well, the other rental company we worked with gave us a full refund. They said will send us voucher but they just said we could contact with them within 1 year for raincheck did not even mention how much the credit on the email. I called 4 times would like to ask the voucher they did not answer. Dont choose them！！！

Terrible customer service when my team calls to cancel the rental contract. Customer service promised a voucher for discount next time; however when my team calls again to confirm the voucher, nobody picks it up for several times, but then several minutes later a cancellation confirmation email comes with vague voucher information. Of course my team calls again for verification, then still nobody picks up the phone. It is so stressful to deal with this company while other rental company we work with will even like to give us full refund. If you want to avoid stress, pick other rental company.

Our experience with iCelebrate was wonderful! The guys that work here understands customer service. So we had a big birthday party for my daughters birthday, the order was huge- consisting of chiavari chairs, heaters, tables, linen, and even their karaoke system! The setup was fast, and the equipment was clean. When they left, we noticed we were missing 5 chairs. So we immediately call them and they IMMEDIATELY delivered the chairs with no hassle. Awesome service.

They offered the best pricing, they were timely in both the delivery and the pick up, and gave us a call ahead to let us know when they would arrive to drop off, and when they picked up.
