I got my hands done by Brandon and my toes done by Amy. Both did a great job and I so happy with my nails.

I have come here a number of times now for manicures and am always impressed with the service I receive. I usually request Amy as she is meticulous in her work, but have also had amazing experiences with Iknew as well. The salon itself is clean, well lit and quiet. My only critique is that the parking lot is a little small.

Due to the pandemic quarantines, I was long overdue for a pedicure. At my first visit, I had one of the best pedicures Ive had in ages! My technician was excellent! I will definitely return!]

They took two hours each time to do my nails. I kept wanting to get a pedicure after my nails but it kept taking such a significant chunk of my day that I had to leave before even getting to ask for one properly, let alone being seated in the pedicure chair.Their parking is pretty limited. I drove all the way over from Redwood City especially after they asked me to come and get seen right away (I did tell them that it would take me forever to make it there because of traffic and they said its fine), and then I had to search for parking for about 30 minutes. I wrote to them that I cant find parking and after they blew me off and said to tell them next time so theyd have someone move their car for me and me saying Im still there and would rather not drive all the way back home without getting nails done, they came out and someone moved their car for me (to an underground location) so I could park outside.I came in and was told that I had to wait. Thats fine, Im not crazy spoiled. But I waited for like... 45 minutes. And when I asked anything they said its because it took me too long. I said I had no parking and was in traffic and they rolled their eyes at me and said well, you have to wait. So eventually I interrupted and said ok Ive been here too long, two of my nails from last time chipped so can someone just fix them and then Ill go? This is two days after my manicure.The fix took about a full hour because they kept leaving and doing other stuff.They didnt charge me, but they were so rude! It was my third time there and I wasnt trying to be rude or disrespectful. I have no idea why I was deserving of such a flippant attitude :(At the end of the day, if there are misunderstandings or miscommunications thats absolutely fine, but I prefer it when a place can say sorry, try to make it seem like they care, not blame me, maybe gave me sit in the massage chairs as I wait for my pedicure after sitting in traffic for over an hour just to get to them.Its not about service as much as its about humanity.Also, my nails chipped crazy fast. My nails *literally* (and I dont use that word lightly) never EVER chip. a chip on your nails hits different when its the day after a 2-hour-nail-appointment where you spent so long at the salon that you missed lunch, lolYeah, personally I dont recommend :(
