Horrible experience, ripped off, & time wasted.Pedicure was mediocre to begin with; no hot rocks & no wax which is typical when I get a pedicure.My artist convinced me to pay beforehand because my nails would be wet. WHICH I REGRETI noticed my manicure had bubbles in it, I asked to have them redone. They StILl had bubbles in them when redoing the manicure. I got a different artist to do my nails and STILL continued to have bubbles in my nails. At this point I asked for a refund of my manicure and was granted it. My pedicure however was not refunded and the owner Vivan said she had no reason to refund my pedicure because she had spent her time doing my nails. I told her it was my time wasted here that I would have to then spend another hour at a different salon to fix their mistakes.Where do I add pictures of my botched pedicure?

I absolutely love this nail salon. The amazing ladies always make us feel welcome. My daughter and I look forward to our nail appointments. The ladies here are always surprising us with their craft. My daughter loves to get cute characters, fancy art work & marble nail designs. I love getting my holiday nails. We are always laughing and loving the time we spend here. Its a great place to destress for an hour and come out with beautiful nails.

Vivian is dope I let her be creative on her own with my nails she is amazing and they have glow in the dark acrylic!!

So glad we found this nail salon. Best pedicures done that I have found. They take their time and never rush you and toes and nails come out looking AMAZING. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good reputable salon. Customer service is on point. 5 stars all around!

My one and only nail spot. I’ve been a patron of Vivian’s for over a decade. Needless to say, her quality of work and kind hospitality keeps me coming back. I recommend making an appointment because Vivian books up fast. She’s so accommodating and will try to fit you in if she can even though she’s overbooked. 10/10 highly recommend!

The SMELL IS TOXIC IN THIS PLACE!!! I have never been is any salon that had such a strong smell!!! Stay away if care for your health! Yes,they do nice work with nails, but its not worth it if youre getting poisoned while getting your manicure. They must install proper ventilation system!!! I dont know how they didnt get shut down by the health department. This is pure poison!!! I feel bad for those employees that get poisoned there for 8-10 hours every day! Guaranteed cancer !

Wow! Never had a pedicure like this. I wish I could go back every day. Clean and nice environment, friendly vibe, attentive and experienced staff.. couldn’t ask for more. Trang did an amazing gel pedicure on me. Loved it

Love Vivians! They are so respectful! (Stopped going to another nail salon in the neighborhood because they talk about you right in front of you in their native language. You can tell by tone & body language). And Vivians does so many art forms, while still keeping it great quality!

GREAT SALON!! I have experienced terrible nail techs in salons nearby ... and so can say that Vivians is fantastic. They obviously have EXPERIENCE... nails are well shaped, thin or thick, design is fabulous and they mix colors well!

The lady who did my nails (not sure of her name) did not do a great job. She cut my cuticle with the filing machine, and my nails looked awful. I literally could not wait to get them done elsewhere. The reason Im giving it 3 stars though is because if you get Amy or Vivian then your nails will be AMAZING. The downside is that Amy is usually booked for months, so good luck! Lol otherwise, theyre just okay.

I have been coming here for years, literally. Get an appt. Its going to insure you get seated and taken care of quickly. I have been serviced by almost every girl here. I have my favorites, you will as well. There is table and bar seating. Some may feel better seated at a table. IF the bar seating is uncomfortable, ( the chairs are suited an elevated for bar seating) its best to ask or request so it suits your comfort. Come armed with pics, and so as you dont have to struggle with communication, when asking questions on pricing there is a board on the wall with a price list. I personally know the work is quality and never complain about pricing. I trust them . Period. Remember this is a busy shop, walk ins are ok but its risky. 🚨📲💅💖

I had a terrible experience here. I usually dont write reviews but I felt so strongly about my mistreatment, I knew I had to write a review to warn others. The place looked cute inside but the chairs I sat on were very wobbly when I was getting my nails done. I felt I was going to fall down or tip over in them and that isnt relaxing when youre trying to have some you time. The lady that did my nails was extremely impatient and had a rude demeanor. I didnt feel taken care of or relaxed at all the entire time, all I felt was tension. She didnt speak the best English, which is normal for most nail salons, and so she ended up trying to explain something to me and lead me astray about pricing. Then when I was confused at the end she started yelling and made a scene. The poor manager had to come in and calm her down and say that I could just pay the normal price. When I pay $60 for a Mani and Pedi, I expect to feel amazing, or at least better after the visit... unfortunately instead I left annoyed, mistreated, and yelled at for not being told the correct pricing. The manager was kind, so I hope she learns how her customers are probably feeling about one of her workers in particular. The lady that did my pedicure was very kind, so I gave her a bigger tip than the other lady. I should not have given the lady who mistreated me a tip, yet I felt obliged to out of politeness.Honestly I wish I could just get my money back. Stay clear of this place! Its not worth it.

I went here on mothers day place looked clean and staff was very friendly..I ended up leaving with a nail infection the nails themselves didnt even last through a shower without breaking off.

Had such a great experience- I didnt have an appointment, but they were able to fit me in. I showed a pic of a dress Im wearing to a party, and Vivian was able to match my nails perfectly. They look fantastic!!
