I first came across this place while living in Berryessa. But then I moved close to DT SJ. But Doan is such an awesome hairstylist that I wouldnt go anywhere else. The salon is operating with all the COVID protocols. Clean and friendly ambience. Would highly recommend this for a mens haircut!

Highly recommend this place. Super clean. I mean really really clean! Service was great! Not sure whats with the other reviewers. They must have been very greedy or demanding customers. If youre pleasant with them they were pleasant back. The price for pedicure is a lot cheaper than other places. They took their time and did a magnificent job. During my pedicure I was offered coffee, tea, soda, or water and got a snack. You dont get this treatment for sure at other places. They go out of their way to get you comfortable and it was very relaxing. Great experience!

The service is great. The ambiance is nice. You can enjoy a cup of tea, coffee, champaigne, or wine while your nails are getting done. What I particularly appreciate about this salon is that they are pet friendly. I have a small Yorkie and I was allowed to keep him with me while I was getting pampered. I am definitely coming back.

RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The other reviews are accurate, do not ignore those reviews. There is only one lady there and she is extremely rude. She does not like to help anyone. In-spite of the bad reviews I went to see if I can like this place just because it is close to my house. But now, I have learned by lesson, and will never go there again.I went there twice, once for a haircut with an appointment and I reached 5 mins late, the women was so rude she basically said I wont do it you are late. I did not even see anyone else there, I am not sure what the deal is with her.Second time I went, I tried explaining her what I want (showed her some sample pics) with my hair and she said, I cannot do it because your hair is curly, it will need styling. I said, I dont care, just do it. She said straight up NO. I personally hate people who dont want to be creative, she did not even suggest that she can do something else, or she can accommodate my request in some other way. Nothing, all she says is NO. I went to another nearby place and got my hair done the way I wanted.Wont be going there again, and would suggest you to try something else too.

I don’t like to waste time to give bad reviews. If I don’t like the service, I simply don’t go. But for this one, I don’t know why the nail lady is so arrogant to other walk in clients when I was having my nails done. And later on I didn’t like the color (she only painted one), she refused to change for me and acted she didn’t understand what I was saying. Not only so, she raised her voice on me to push me finish it. We pay for the service, at least we shall be fair and respect each other. This woman definitely has bully kind of personality which I don’t care for.

I highly recommend coming here. The hair stylist listened to what I wanted and I got exactly that. The salon is super clean and everything looks new. I hate going into a salon and the place looks filthy, but not this salon. The bathroom is also extremely clean. This just tells you that the owner puts a lot of effort not only for services they provide, but for the care and cleanliness for the safety of their customers.Next time I come back in about 2 weeks Ill also try a pedicure since I saw several customers, including men, getting one.5 stars for each of the following:***** Haircut***** Staff***** Sanitation/Cleanliness

Woman nice but very pushy with up selling, very rough when cutting cuticles (cut me and it was painful at times), nails were left very sloppy for my sisters wedding.

Bad, i dont recommend this at all. They messed up my hair big time. I wasted $140 on something i could of done myself.

Got a pedicure & my toes were butchered:’( so much bleeding and pain! It’s been over 10 hours now & my toes hurt so much it’s hard to step - they are all cut up and full of blood on the sides. Literally butchered.

Poor customer service. Always busy and brush you off. Always busy and never bring in new help. Not recommending this place.
