My review for Heidi Clark, NP is FIVE STARS. I went to Heidi for attention issues and after a few visits she asked about my sleep. I have had sleep issues my entire life and all doctors I mentioned it to said it was anxiety waking me in the middle of the night and keeping me up for hours. I didnt feel anxious going to sleep or during the day so this didnt make sense and I never sought treatment for anxiety. Heidi listened to me describe my sleep issues, all information that has been readily available to every doctor I have ever had and she said it sounds like sleep apnea. I went for testing and that is indeed the case. My pulmonologist reviewed my medical history and says it appears I have been suffering from apnea since I was a toddler. I feel like Heidi has saved me from years more of suffering and likely an early death. Im now using a cpap and feel better every day. :)I took off stars because the office is not well run. My biggest complaint is their reminder system. I understand its my responsibility to note my own appointments, but my memory and attention were at the lowest point of my life when I sought out treatment. The office has a 48 hour cancellation policy, but dont remind you until 24 hours before your appointment. At a very low point in my life I ended up having to pay for an appointment I could not attend. I think, especially in this line of healthcare, offices need to help set clients up for success. I would have continued to see Heidi had it not been for this.

As already noted here staff is terrible! Please for your own good stay away!

Support staff provided incorrect information during a time-sensitive crisis.1. I was told that I could call into the new patient line to submit my information and set up an appointment OR I could go online. When I called the new patient line after waiting my entire lunch break, I was told that I would have to go online to register. Now I was angry AND hungry, and STILL was unable to make an appointment for my child!!2. Finally was ready for my appointment, but nowhere in the email does it state that you need to download an app to access the meeting room. So, I called and requested assistance. The individual on the phone decided to mansplain as slowly as possible. Meantime, Im having a panic attack over being almost 15 minutes late at this point and my child is having a panic attack. I then told him to stop be patronising and just tell me the name of the app so I could download it. He was offended and told me I could not speak to him that way. He told me I needed to change my tone of voice. I do not call that customer service! I call that a Chad Ill hang up on!!I stand by my recommendation to avoid the San Jose location like the plague it is
