Very clean, nice modern feel, great pool and hot tub. Pool open but you had to make reservations. They are for one hour but you can ask to extend and they are flexible. The pool area is so nice!Great staff! Except sometimes getting a hold of the front desk was hard.NO MICROWAVES in the whole property.NO ROLL AWAY BEDS either. The coffee in the lobby was really bad :(We had a really really great stay! Thank you Aloft :)
Dont stay here unless you want to your car broken into. 6 cars including mine were broken into the night I stayed. Hotel doesnt have any exterior cameras or security. Only cameras are in the garage which is CLOSED. Totally not safe.
The staff was so friendly when we arrived, explained the covid guidelines and check in instructions but then the next day I see my card was pending with a transaction almost double what I was estimated to actually pay. I was told I was paying just the deposit with my debit card and that Expedia was handling the rest, even though I requested to pay upon arrival. I was like okay and it was no problem, then I see the pending transaction and message the hotel. They said the manager would discuss the discrepancy with me in the morning upon check out, no manager was around when we left. I gave my name and number and requested a call back since no one else seems to be able to explain the discrepancy to me. Never got a call. Was sent a receipt to my email twice as if that should explain it all, even though my bank account reflected differently. Finally my bank account has cleared with the correct amount but the entire situation sketched me out and the fact that the manager never reached out to me thinks there is something wrong with this situation. Most likely won’t stay at an Aloft hotel again.. too bad. The room was okay even though we had no extra towels or blankets for our two night stay, we were stocked for one night tops, and we couldn’t turn the tv past 30 and the window only barely cracks open and you can set the water as hot as possible and its still cold until it’s warmed up like ten to fifteen minutes. I did appreciate the recycling bin though and a check out time at noon was nice to be able to sleep in! Restaurant isn’t open yet either
Hotel and people were nice, last stay mid-c19 the homeless living in their cars pulled in to the shared lot with the restaurant. wasnt too comfortable with my car in the garage or in any place i was not keeping an eye on it. dog friendly, nice neighborhood to walk through with my pup
I am a Veteran and a Tax Payer. The hotel (A Marriott affiliate) charged me for incidentals 2 times and and didnt not adjust the charges. They also charged me an extra $50 for an early check in fee. I was charged $587 for 2 night stay instead of $273. When I checked and received my room key. The next day I went to pick up food. I used my room key to come in the hotel (Thats how its set up, I guess to keep the homeless and undesirables out) and the front desk guy questioned me. (I WONDER WHY?!) The woman on morning shift couldnt explain why there was extra charges on my account. The afternoon guy couldnt print out a screen shot of my charges because she said he cant. As I was was trying to reason with the front desk guy another Melanated person said he had to file a complaint because he was checked into a dirty room...Marriott I really hope that there us no funny business going on here...Worst Decision Ever! Poorly trained staff and bad energy around that place. NEVER AGAIN!
I was here just for a night and was hoping for a good night sleep, that’s all I wanted. Somewhere near my room was a group of people that were partying all night long. The music was so loud and I could hear people talking and laughing all night. I called the front desk around 12:45am when I finally just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to call from my cell phone because my room phone wasn’t working. The agent at the front desk said he would go look into it. I finally put in headphones and tried to go to sleep. Woke up about 3am with the same loud music and noise and again at 4 and even at 5:45am. I know I wasn’t the only one who heard it and am frustrated that more wasn’t done to stop it. I had no other issues at all besides that. Hotel was great, room was great, front desk staff was very nice. As a platinum elite member we stay almost exclusively at Marriott properties and expected a little more.
Great rooms, beautiful area, clean gym, nice pool.
When we arrived the first impression was wow so cool lobby and bar area are really sweet and I want to hang out here (but bar covid closed) then the girl behind the desk was super nice and awesome personality. Got a view of pool area, nice. And the king room with sofa is comfortable and stylish I wish we were staying longer. This is one of my favorite hotel stays and I have stayed in many high high end hotels (ie. Ritz-Carlton in Paris and Barcelona) so thank you Aloft you are awesome
We went at beginning of opening after pandemic, so theyre were no amenities which was very disappointing as I was not notified of this prior to arrival. The room was very nice and staff was also very polite. I will recommend
Charges were applied to my credit card and corporate card. Still trying to get a freaking refund on my personal card for incidentals. Ridiculous been 3 weeks not happy and will never go here again.
The internet was incredibly bad I could not even open any page. We had 1 king bad and 1 sofa bad. The sofa bad was terrible, springs were so hard and I could not sleep the whole night because of it. Also when we ask front desk for a blanket they said they can not give it to us. So far the worst hotel I ever stayed at.
Great service and was told no bathtub though in the whole hotel hard to swallow but manager said that when I asked for another roo
Nice location, lovely interior and hallway design
Its very great place, clean area.
Bedsheets smell like mildew. Gross.
Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Absolutely enjoyed my stay here! The room was great, the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Wonderful experience :)
Comfortable, Clean, QuietWe stay on the first floor and on a Wednesday night
Clean, but took a while to get in. Front of house seemed overworked and took a while to check in.
DONT! NO! NEVER! Horrible! Prepare to drop an extra $100 on top of your room for a surprise room deposit when they want a FULL PAYMENT. Drove 4 hours for nothing. Ruined our anniversary. NEVER again! NEVER have we been forced to pay ON TOP of the room that was already FULLY paid for. Horrible customer service and rude Front Desk Attendant.
Positive: Clean, fun, great price and helpful staff Negative: Loved it! Will stay again
Beautiful hotel good price!
From check in to check out, we were treated very well by the staff. Location off of the freeway and was East to get to. A little challenging to get out if it’s commute time so bear that in mind. Use the parking garage in the back as it just gave us a bit of security. If you have an electric car, there are 2 free chargers as you enter but elevators are closer to the spaces at the bottom. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Looked like a 65” TV. We had 3 rooms overlooking the pool on the 2nd and 3rd level. The 3rd level could only be accessed by using your key in the elevator before pushing the floor button. The 2nd floor has the ice machine, the workout facility which was a good size and the pool table. Third floor has a nice table, some bar chairs and a desk area if you wanted to work. First level is where the bar is, nice lounge, and plenty of seating inside and out. The pool was warm according to those who got in and there’sa hot tub. Nice cushy chairs outside with fire pits at night. We enjoyed the stay.
Nice room excellent staff great spot and not to pricey
The hotel had a really modern design to our room. They have a bar right at the lobby. However, we did not get a chance to experience it. We also saw a pool table on the 2nd floor. It appears to be a great place for a younger crowd or the young at heart. We chose the hotel from other reviews as we were passing through San Jose on our way to Southern California. We were very happy that we decided to stay here and we were pleasantly surprised with the hotels aesthetics. The service at check-in was average. I only wish that the elevator is also updated. Will definitely recommend and/or stay again.
Positive: The TV & the bed....huge & amazing 😉 Negative: The Staff needs better communication
Positive: nothing Negative: everything
I stayed at the Aloft San Jose Cupertino in October for a 3-night business trip and booked it again for a 3-night business trip in November. Very clean, comfortable hotel with spacious rooms and plenty of free parking. Five colleagues on the same business trip also agreed with this assessment. The hotel was a five-minute uber ride from an upscale restaurant and shopping area (I think it was called Santana Row). It had a very nice outdoor pool with cabanas but I did not utilize this amenity due to the time of year and being in business meetings all day.
Overall service was great. Location is close to an upscale outdoor shopping area, across the street is a grocery and some small restaurants. It was quiet and convenient. Staff was friendly and knowledgable.
We had a great stay here. The rooms are fantastic, very large and modern. I love the floors (Im not a fan of carpet) and the TV is massive! Staff was very welcoming as well. Having a bar in the hotel in which you can take drinks back to your room is great too. The bartender was very slow and a bit out of it but that didnt affect our stay. I noticed that other guests also commented on the walls being thin, and although I was able to hear a bit from the room next to us, it really wasnt that bad and we slept really well! Didnt want to check out! Well definitely be returning.
Beautiful hotel and decent pricing also
This hotel oozes the Aloft brand, which is what I love when traveling. The staff seems to work well together because they were smiling and wanted to greet you to your room as soon as possible. The rooms are well-appointed with large comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. The gym is perfect when on the road. The best part is the beautiful pool and hot tub grounds. This pool even hosts parties on weekends. We arrived during a party and it was perfect. There are a plethora of restaurants in the area and lots of places to grab a drink nearby. Overall, the location is situated better than those in downtown San Jose. A huge plus is the free parking. I love this hotel and choose it when visiting the area.
The room is nice, most importantly for me theyre dog friendly. Staff are nice too. Close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Check in was easy. Got into room and there was no hand soap in dispenser, lights over sink didn’t turn on, light over desk was flickering, door handle on bathroom door was loose and bed was super hard in middle and indented on ends where people usually sleep. Was not worth the price and will not stay at this aloft again.
Positive: NONE Negative: Disappointed
I have been staying in this property for over a year now. The front desk staff and bartender (Michelle) are amazing! They always go above and beyond to help you out. They are professional, helpful, and caring. The rooms are very good as well. Overall great experience
Such a wonderful service! We had a booking issue with the third party at the first time. However, Michelle at the front desk helped us deal with it. Very nice and efficient staff. Highly recommend.
EXCELLENT HOTEL!!! GREAT LOCATION AND VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. ITS A PLEASURE EVERY TIME I STAY
Please drop the Cupertino from the name of this place, its too confusing!! And its not anywhere near Cupertino! We went to the wrong Aloft because the names are too similar. Its in a semi ghetto area which sucks. Several homeless people were wandering around outside. The inside is really nice though. The pixel decor is interesting.
We stayed here during a volleyball tournament. It was convenient to the convention center, but away from the hustle and crowds. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the wood plank floors. I had an issue with the booking company and the gals at the front desk helped me out immensely! Excellent customer service! I would definitely stay here again!
We had a great time at the Aloft. The hotel is very modern and tech forward. The rooms were all set up with Apple air play for the TV. The bar was awesome. Derrick the bartender was super welcoming and nice. They had a really nice pool area with cabanas. We will definitely stay here again when we come to the area.
From the moment we were greeted at the front desk til the time we checked out, the Aloft Hotel in San Jose provided us with above and beyond customer service! The were so accommodating allowing for the late check out we needed before catching our flight back home to LA. Complimentary Wi-fi and Bottled Water along with Bliss Body Products in the room were some of the additional perks to staying here. The room was clean and very bright! Just booked our next stay at the same hotel - Loved it!!! Thank you for the Excellent Customer Service at the front desk, bar and housekeeping! Looking forward to our next stay with the hotel!
My experience with every Aloft Hotel has been fantastic. Excellent value, professional staff and modern amentities. From the time you walk in to check out you feel like a Star. Your treated with the best customer service and surrounded by an environment that’s obviously planned with the modern traveler in mind.
Good location. Great staff. Plenty of parking. Nice rooms. But walls and floors arent thick. You can hear other guests.
This place is very nice and has a moderen vibe and decor.. a nice little bar ..good central location.. most of all it was very clean. Nice amenities. Heated pool...jacuzzi and cool private gazebos by pool.
Loved the staff at this location. Everyone was friendly. The hotel has a perfect location. Very close to the airport for those who have early flights out. There is also a lot to do within a short cab ride distance
Location is very convenient. Theres a gas station next door and an Asian grocery store across the street. The rooms were large and spacious. Comfortable bed and also a refrigerator. Hotel has no view from the windows. Lobby gorgeous and staff was friendly.
I booked a room for the Thanksgiving holiday for my Mother and Sister-in-law. They had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were extremely kind and courteous; and helped them navigate around town. The front desk host, Alexandra, went above and beyond to make my family feel welcome. I will definitely recommend this location for people traveling to the area.
We spent the day at the pool and loved every minute of it. Tanya at the front desk was incredibly nice, helpful and accommodating. The location of this hotel was very convenient and close to the Mountain Winery.
A bit out dated hotel. Noisy AC. Weird light in corridors. But good service
I stayed here specifically because it was close to my familys home, but also I was able to bring my 2 furry companions with me during my stay. Love that its pet friendly and the hotel room was fresh! Recommend this place if you are planning to stay in San Jose!
We are seniors. We stayed in this hotel about 17 days in July 2017. Choosing a hotel is not an easy job, especially if you are seniors and picky like us.There is no doubt that this hotel is geared to the business traveler, but we find out that it is great for family too-for a long stay-of course. This hotel is up-to-date with warm grey, white and touches of red, on trend styling with a streamline look. The room was quiet and large, modern, clean and the bed very comfortable. The room have wood floors, that means no stinky smell and the TV (60) is great. Wi-Fi that workes well, a coffee maker, a little fridge and two free bottles of water every day. There is an outdoor nice heated pool area and jacuzzi, with a cabana type seating outside by the pool. Location is great with nearby restaurants and shopping store within walking distance, and plenty of free close parking. But the most important in our point of view, is the fabulous staff. They were warm, helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate our stay. They let as feel like home. We would especially like to thanks to Mariam Geogi the general manager for her warm and kind words that made us feel special, to Alex Tang the front desk manager for her skilled and graciousness attention, the front desk talent, the sweet Syboney for her outstanding help. Our appreciation and thanks to Juan Carlos the bar manager, that was attentive and friendly. While in San Jose, looking forward to visiting this hotel again.
Michelle at the front desk is the best. She helped us to solve the booking issue very efficiently and friendly. I feel comfortable to stay here and thank you Michelle!
Our family felt welcomed at this Cupertino property. Saeed was at the front desk when we arrived and promptly made reparations when our reserved room type was unavailable. We were very satisfied with his resolution.Saeed was also helpful when it came to dining recommendations and was all-around very hospitable and kind. He greeted us warmly whenever he saw us, and we look forward to our next stay at this hotel.
My kind of place, modern and minimalist and futuristic hallways which I loved. Friendly and helpful staff, and healthy breakfast options Ill be back
It makes an enormous difference to your stay to have friendly, efficient and knowledgable staff to interact with. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to all and sundry who want a good base to operate from while in the area. I certainly enjoyed my stay although I was often out early and back late.Great service & pleasant people all round.
Very nice. Clean. New. Accommodating and friendly staff. Great bed. Good nights sleep. Quiet.
Pleasantly surprised with this find! Checked into the hotel very late, still met with some very helpful staff. Room was super clean, nothing too unexpected. Would definitely come here again.
Rooms were super clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was awesome. Arrival and departure process was super easy and fast!
I cant stay away from this lovely hotel recently I tried the buffet breakfast which Im not much of a breakfast person but I have to say the breakfast staff is amazing I met Maria who was helping me with my coffee she made sure I had fresh coffee she offered to help me to my room since I went overboard with everything a nice warm breakfast helps you get through the day the potatoes where delicious the eggs where so good and tasty but the breakfast burrito was so good Im still trying to figure out was inside it had s good little kick to it I plan on trying the breakfast again so much to chose from gracias Maria for your awesome customer service and helping me ! And also all the girls up from Tanya Adriana lisa alex and the rest I didnt mention thank you for been awesome and making my stays here so at home and always giving me that acknowledgement and also to Oreo Im glad hes so at home here keep up the good work and I will spread the word like I have been
Stayed for 1 night and they upgraded me to a deluxe room because of my SPG platinum status. Room was clean, big, modern and no fuss, which is what I love about the Aloft brand. Lobby area bar was lively which is what youd expect, and price was reasonable compared to other Bay Area hotels. Plenty of parking next to hotel too, and shops and conveniently located nearby. Will definitely come back again!
1 Location great accessible to where I had to be.2 Area is great for good food. Am Asian restaurant is across the street (multiple really) and a Japaneses market. Good restaurants abound within a 3 mile radius. 3. Last but not least rooms aesthetic and comfortable. Pool good and service excellent.
During check in, the man at the front desk was not friendly at all. He did not greet me, he barely even spoke to me during the entire check in process. He also had candy in his mouth, he could have simply said excuse me and put it into a napkin. He did not tell me thank you or have a good stay. My husband and son walked in after I finished checking in and my husband spoke to the man, who still never identified himself, and he did not speak to my husband. Even my three year old noticed this because he said “mommy that man didn’t hear daddy”. This definitely upset me! The customer service here is definitely lacking which is more than enough for me not to visit again! The rooms are comfy besides the loud a/c on high. I love that there was no carpet, it made the room feel cleaner, but louder. If better customer service I would recommend, but other than that, NO!

This place amazes me more evertime I come back and believe me I come here a couple of times a month thats how much I love it here its like you enter and you feel like your home with people that care about your stay was there anything wrong or just how was your day thats why I come back the front end girls are always so pleasant 24/7 always greet you and housekeeping is also amazing at times I feel bad that they clean up after me so I try no to use them until the end and clean myself god bless them and the groundskeepers are always up early cleaning around the property which is always nice and clean and also very polite to me and my pet Oreo which the hole staff is and would also like to high five to the management team at aloft for having great staff at this location it makes it a much better and cozier place to call home see you soon
I was disappointed by the propertys attention to detail/housekeeping and location. The shower floor in room 406 is filled with holes that the maintenance staff filled in with plaster rather than repair. The room was also very noisy, we could hear the guests and housekeeping in the room next door. Do better, Aloft.
Stayed here with my husband two kids and a baby and it had everything we needed. The room was spacious enough for all of us. The beds were comfortable. The pool was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel next to 280 worked great!
Nice friendly staff, modern minimalist decor, and amazing hallway, with a modern slightly edgy clean rooms, and healthy breakfast options, (not a typical breakfast) and FREE parking. Price pretty good for the San Jose area, Ill book again for sure
Aloft was definitely an awesome stay! The room was beautiful and the layout was perfect. I loved the dispensers for soap and shampoo in the shower! It was an added bonus to have access to the USB chargers - This made charging my phone super easy to do. Wish they did a continental breakfast, but at the price-point and awesome rooms I have to say I was impressed. Cant wait for our next Aloft hotel stay!
Large rooms and good service. The elevator is a bit old and makes some weird noises.
The employees made me felt welcomed. The hotel is next to the Japanese market. Room itself is nice. The a/c turns on by itself in the morning even if I turned it off already. Next to major road and high way with thin windows, bad for light sleepers. The hotel doesnt have coin laundry bit is within walking distance to one.
Inside of the rooms are renovated which is nice. Pool is good for the kids. Only complaint is you can hear guests coming in if you have a room near the front. Overall though, it is a nice place to stay.
Stayed here for a night while attending a concert at Levi stadium. Its not that close to the stadium, but that actually made it better because it was less crazy. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel. Nothing to complain about here. Just good quality all the way around. Nice, safe parking lot, too. And easy freeway access.
+ Nice room, location- Limited staff. When requested a soap bar, asked me to come down at 8:30 PM. But, they end up sending to my room when I requested second time. Staff for such basic amenities is a must at least till 10 PM
Great hotel with nice interior and amenities. There was a mix up with our reservation which wasnt entirely their fault but they handled it well and offered us breakfast which was nice. Definitely recommending to friends and coming back in the future!
The location of the hotel was convenient. The cost of the hotel was crazy expensive for what you received. On top of that, the breakfast was $14.95 per person without a top scale food selection. I would have expected more hot foods and waffles or pancakes for the price we paid for the hotel. The bedding was ok, but not soft blankets. Lighting inside hotel was terrible - very dark. It would have been nice to have had at least 4 sets of towels in the room when we arrived knowing that 4 people were planning on being in the room. Not a big deal, we just called for more. Just frustrating. Depending on your room there is street noise.
The service was amazing!! Me and my son/ daughter and 8 week grand daughter was greeted by Tanya at the front desk, with a warm welcome. She ( Tanya) absolutely hands down provided the best service I have had in a hotel in a long time, very efficient with check in. She makes guest feel welcome from the minute you hit the door. Also the new girl, in the dining area ( sorry don’t remember her name) but she has black hair. She was very nice and tended to our every need. I would recommend you mop the floor in the guest room we had on socks and they got very dirty while walking on the floor. Overall great hotel with a great price
My husband and I stayed Halloween night after going to Winchester Mystery House. Aloft was my choice due to its proximity to our destination and also the reviews and pictures I saw online before making reservations. The Free Parking and Free WiFi were also big factors. The hotel was very nice with modern amenities and we were very happy with our choice to stay here.My only suggestions would be to add more pillows to the beds and clean the bathroom better. There was black hair on the floor and in the shower GROSS! And they need to bleach the white floor grout it looked really dirty for such a nice room. And a fan for white noise would be great because it was so quiet and there was nothing we could do, i.e. bathroom fan or a/c fan.
I made a reservation to getaway with the girlfriend before the Thanksgiving rush and found a great rate for the Four Points. Upon checking in I realized that we had left my wallet and ID at home in Morgan Hill. Charles and Jessica at the desk took great care of us to ensure our identity was correct and to get us checked into the hotel. What makes this great is that the staff didnt make us feel like the bad guys when it was our mistake. Charles apologized for the extra steps and was able to relate to my story because he was in my shoes before. They even gave us two beers to help ease our stress.Charles and Jessica really saved our night!!! I manage a team myself and know that we hear more negative feedback than positive. Why fix what isnt broken? However, I want to place special attention on these two individuals as well as the hotel for doing an outstanding job. They went above and beyond to take care of their extended family as Charles called us.Thanks again!
This was a commuter hotel for me over the last year and I liked it well enough. Unfortunately if you dont get a real good deal the price is outrageous and your better off downtown San Jose. The gym is tiny but functional, rooms were redone and are fairly nice. Bar is cozy and good patrons who are usually commuters. Noise is a bit of an issue from traffic in almost every room.
Clean, nice bed, big room. A very nice place to stay.
We planned for a 1 night stay as a stop over before flying home to the UK. My expectation was that the ALOFT would be a budget hotel in the SPG portfolio, how wrong could I be! The room was fantastic, the pool was excellent as was the bar and the breakfast. Alex on reception was just fantastic and a real delight. This visit totally changed my perception and I will start to use ALOFT more in my business trips. A fantastic experience. Thanks so much.
I was in town for one night and really wanted to try this hotel. I read all the wonderful reviews. I woke up early to use the bathroom and it was locked. I had to wake my husband up out of his sleep to get the door opened. The lock was stripped as evidence of this happening often. When I went down to tell the receptionist she said that happens as if its normally and I shouldnt complain. Thats very dangerous for any guest staying there. I even showed her a picture of how bad the lock was. She offered me breakfast that I didnt use since I was tired and had come there to sleep in the first place. I almost peed on my self. I will not be returning. The one night I stayed there was horrible.
This hotel was clean and quiet hotel with up-to-date amenities. The pool and Jacuzzi was a highlight of my trip to aloft. There was no carpeting in the rooms, which made it seem more sanitary but definitely not homey, I would recommend the hotel to maybe provide a medium size bathroom carpet/mat. The TV was 50+ inches :) A plus, for my gamer boyfriend. I would also like to give a shout out to our bartender Karina, she really knew her stuff and was very helpful and entertaining. She was awesome real and professional ! :) We will definitely be coming back more often.
After staying at various hotels in the Cupertino/SJ area for the last year and a half a friend suggested I try the new Four Points Sheraton. Man was he right. Its my new home away from home. Its extremely clean, the beds a very comfortable and its quiet, everything a business traveler is looking for in a hotel. I now stay here on a weekly basis.OH! And the front desk staff is AMAZING. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Its like having some friends when you are away from home.I cant recommend this hotel enough, although I shouldnt because it will only get harder to find a reservation :)
Good mid-service hotel. Convenient location to Sunnyvale. Has breakfast buffet, and pool/ spa. I also like the fact that the rooms are not carpet - I think they are laminate flooring. Feels cleaner than carpet.
Highly recommend. Very clean and the staff is amazing
We just stayed here during the Thanksgiving weeek and found this hotel met our expectations. It is located near great shopping and restuarants. I read some of the reviews and they are quite harsh and I did not consider them well deserved. Yes, this property is new to Starwood and they still are obviously learning the customs of a Starwood property, but I would definately stay here again. They did forget my Make a Green Choice, but we think that was just part of the learning curve.
I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago because my family was celebrating my sons birthday weekend. We got stuck in the elevator 3 times and had to call the front desk for help by pressing a button inside of the elevator. The girl at the front desk was rude and acted like he didn’t believe us. We had to use the stairs because we didn’t want to get stuck anymore. I called to speak to a manager afterwards and a guy at the front desk who wasn’t helpful at all said he would have the manager call me, but they never called me back. I was hoping for some type of professional outcome here but got none. Don’t stay here if you wanna have a good time.
Good service but very basic amenities. Ive definitely stayed at better Alofts - maybe its the location of this particular one which makes it super casual and unlike other Alofts.
Love this place Im staying here every week and its still awesome the atmosphere is so pleasant and of course the girls I call Charlies angels adriana is the main angel that handles it all and Tanya is a doll she just loves my dog Oreo she plays with him so much he goes looking for her which I think that awesome when it comes to a hotel that shows affection towards your pet and alex what can I say she always has that energy of cheerfulness nothing can keep me away from here the breakfast is my favorite Maria keep up the good work your awesome as well you heart of gold I feel at home when I see in the kitchen reminds me of my mom making awesome food to start the day
Great customer service! from the time I checked in, the staff did everything to brighten my day, and offered me the best comfortable stay.Thank you, great team.

The rooms were nice and spacious. However, the parking lot was right next to our room so constant noise was outside due to a bar or club next to the hotel. Otherwise, the stay was nice. They gave complementary WiFi and a water bottle.
Will be planning to stay again. Friendly staff and nice pool area. Loved the nearby Asian market and food places.
We made a reservation about a month in advance for a room with two queen beds. We checked in and got our key card, but were a bit taken back when we got into our room and saw only one bed and one sofa bed. We thought this was a mistake so we went to the front desk where we were told that there was simply nothing they could do because they had run out of rooms with two queen beds. This is simply ridiculous, the whole point of a reservation is to ensure that we get the room we want. This ruined our stay as we were not comfortable on the sofa bed. The young lady at the front desk told us that we could not cancel our reservation and we had no other choice but to stay. She said that she would get someone to make the sofa bed for us but no one ever showed up, we had to go to the front desk ourselves to ask for bed sheets and we got no extra blankets or pillows.
Internet poor first night. Virtually no help (or presence) from staff. Restaurant not open at 0630 as advertised. Minimal recognition of Ambassdor status. Very poor representation of Marriott hotel...
We had a fabulous birthday party for my sister in the dining room and Michelle made sure everything was perfect, including my room. Thanks Michelle, your the best!
