I took my mom here today for a live scan service and the service was excellent. They went above and beyond in helping us obtain and complete correct forms so we were able to get the livescan. If it was not for them going out of their way we wouldn’t have been able to get it done. I will def be coming back here.

5/11/2021Went to get my Livescan fingerprints done here. Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful. I was immediately greeted and helped. They talked me through the whole process to make sure I understood what was being done. I felt extremely comfortable. Everyone was wearing a mask and the gentleman who helped me was wearing gloves. Before now, I did not know of this small business but if I have shipping needs in the future, I will definitely reach out to them.

Location: the Colonnade apartments. They burned and damaged my drawings I gave for lamination and instead of helping me out the guy is busy serving his customers! I know he didnt do it intentionally but thats not an excuse for being unprofessional! He doesnt even know how to operate the machine! Extremely dissapointed!! I spent hours doing the drawing and they did nothing to compensate me! Very unprofessional! Not worth any stars! I even tried calling them later to see if they can retrieve my drawing and the employee who was responsible for all this just blocked my calls!

If you are trying to get ink fingerprints, I do NOT recommend this place. I was charged 50 dollars (they only accept cash) and found out later that most places in the area charge half of the price. Moreover, the fingerprints were judged as too smudged to be legitimate by the agency I was submitting them to.

Terrible experience 3/22/21. If you are a woman, I highly recommend you do not come to this business. I was just severely harassed by the two gentlemen working there. I went in needing to ship and already had my labels - just needed boxes. Neither men were wanting to help and were not friendly. At that point I felt very uncomfortable as both guys were not wearing masks inside the establishment either. I walked out to protect myself and I was then followed and called me names as I got into my car.

My go to place for all of my shipping needs. Amazing customer service, clean and consistent. Been coming here for many years!!!

SCAM ALERT!! This business will SCAM you. Here is my experience:I signed up for a mailbox in 2019 and immediately upon completing signing paperwork and paying for the box I am informed there is a monthly package receiving limit and Ill have to get a bigger box to have a bigger limit. I say well thats not in the paperwork anywhere and am told well thats how it is. So I begrudgingly accepted it even though Ive had accounts with other postal annex locations and this has never been a thing.Then when I renew my box (over phone) they are very rude tell me I am late etc. I know that, Im paying a late fee and I dont have any problem with the late fee because that is my fault and I appreciate them keeping my box open even though I was late. They dont have to be RUDE about it! I was never rude with them.Then I go to pick up a package that has been there for approximately 6 weeks. Again they are rude and tell me that I can not leave package there so long they will charge me a storage fee! (mind you the package is a single t-shirt) I inform them that I am out of town frequently and so thats why i have this mailbox in the first place so you hold my mail for me until I get back. They say well there is a storage fee for holding packages. Once again I point out this is not in any contract I signed.Then I look in my box and I find the renewal paperwork & receipt from renewal--They overcharged me $36 for the renewal. I go back inside to point this out and the employee tells me that when I renewed the rate has updated, even though thats not whats on my renewal paperwork.These are scammers. They should not be allowed to continue operating this location.

Dont waste your time here, owner/cashier is rude, pricing is high. Went to mail something here and he tried to trick me into paying for a more expensive shipping for some reason. Anyways. I told him I was not interested afterall politely, then he got mad that I was going elsewhere to do business. He got verbally agressive and i told him he really shouldnt treat customers like that. Ended up going to usps paying about 8 USD less. I hate to leave a bad review but this is just an FYI to future customers.

Id give this place 0 stars and trust me, take your shipping and postal business somewhere else.My mother and I came in and my mother was the one who said hello to the guy and didnt acknowledge us since he was too busy being on his cell phone. Just by asking him a question regarding DHL services, he got very grouchy and was rude to my mother. We ended up leaving since he was only interested being on his cell phone and not worried about the clientele. We decided to stop by knowing it was walking distance, we live close by only to be treated with disrespect. We will NEVER come to this location again. Its sad that its preferable to look at a cell phone than to have a business to run. SAD!

Horrible experience. First they overcharged. Then two days later I started receiving threatening calls from outside USA, people with similar foreign accent as the store operators’ asking for money. This case has been reported to police.

Poor service! The staff at the counter was talking on the phone without even acknowledging my presence. I asked whether I can buy a stamp to mail a letter, and he (still talking on the phone) said 1 dollar to me without even looking at what I was trying to mail. I questioned the price of the stamp because USPS would usually charge me 60 cent for it. However, he ignored me for a brief moment. He then continues talking on the phone loudly while using his hand gestures to tell me to leave the store. I waited for a while, hoping to get an explanation, but he verbally told me to leave in a rude way. So, I left the store and when to the UPS store that is nearby. There, I could mail my letter for 60 cents while being treated as a customer. PostalAnnex charges insanely and their staffs are rude to their customer. Please look for another post office nearby and never enter PostalAnnex.

This guys are great! Really helped us get out of a bind! Weekends open and we’re ready to help as soon as we walked in! Ship and heavy chair all the way back home to Dallas! Thanks guys!

Great friendly service. I order a lot of items online. The minute I walk into the store the packages are waiting for me. I use all there Services. Pricing is very competitive. Its like my office away from home. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Cheapest place to ship in downtown San Jose.

Staff is not at all trained and charges wrongly. Worst service and rude people. They do not have packaging available for label generated with money paid for packages

They charged $1 for one copy here.At Fed Ex one street over, it costs 14 cents.The library machines charge 25 cents.The UPS store was also under 20 cents.And the University Printship was also under 20 cents.So you pay more at Postal Annex if you are only buying a few copies, but they do the copies for you. The other places are all self-serve.

Dropped off package 2 weeks ago for USPS and package still not in system. Horrible service.

Staff member was extremely rude. The prices they charge are ridiculously high compare to mailing items through official postal service.

John was great. I had procrastinated about getting a document notarized. I called at 5:20pm on a Sunday, and he was here less than an hour later. He took care of the job quickly and was pleasant to talk to. What else could I ask for?

They charged me $19 for a box and some bubble wrap... In excusable. The only reason why I gave them more than one star is because they were social and because they accepted my package when fedex wouldnt

Dont take passport photos with them! My passport photos were rejected because they werent taken properly behind a clear white background

Slowest service ever. It took 30 min for the attendant to tell me that there are too many orders before me so I need to come after 20 min. Waste of time.
