Ive been going to this location for a few years and up until recently Ive never had any issues. I brought a package in today and was told they couldnt take it because it wasnt wrapped properly. It was wrapped the way Ive always taken packages to this location in plain brown wrapping paper with the label on top. Not sure whats happened but the customer service is horrendous and Ive now resorted to just doing pick up requests from my home.

Ive gone to this store for year and Ive never been treated so rudely. I brought a package in for ups delivery as I do regularly and was refused because my package was not a proper box I have not changed my packing methods over the years in a single way. And she way incredibly snooty about it. And this isnt the first time they have acted this way towards me and my husband. Dont come to this ups store at all anymore

Needed to pick up an envelope for my package, it was really straight forward and the workers there who were helping me out was really friendly and communicative. They told me if amazon fails to come pick up my package from my house I can just leave it at there store, whats great is that I didnt even ask him for that useful information.

I do feel like this location deserves a fair review. I went to drop off my returning package today. It’s prepaid. After everything was all done, the lady who helped me asked me to wait. She gave me the receipt, and said just in case if I would be asked for proof of dropping this off. This was very thoughtful. Appreciated. Btw, I chose this location over the other one closer to me because this plaza seems much safer, and it actually is cleaner with more stores.

I didn’t know how to use the computer in order to do a return Christina the customer service representative took the time to show me and My husband how to do the service we are both older and don’t know how to use the system. She is a wonderful patient person.

This store is very close to my house and every time I need to return my chegg books, I’d go to this location. My visits have been very quick and I have no trouble at all, sometimes the customers are rude to the employees and I would apologize to the employee that they had a rude customer. I know how it feels to work in an area like that and I value ups store their hard work and trying to keep people happy.

Great service with Ana

I need to ship a package and just called to see if theyre open as today is a holiday. Someone did answer the phone, but when I said I was just calling to see if youre open, she hung up on me without even a Yes we are! Not going to this location to deal with that rude person. Ill go to another one or just wait until tomorrow and go to the post office.

They dont answer the phone at this location and the business as a whole terribly managed figured my package would get dropped off in a timely manner but no its been in san jose for 4 days so far says out for delivery today it will be dropped off at 8:00 pm but this business closes at 7:00 pm and out for delivery since 7:03 am i really wish amazon wouldnt rely on ups to deliver and please do not reply we are sorry for the inconvenience some people depend on there packages to come on time do the public a service and close your doors

My experience was okay with the young man who helped me. The only problem was the manager lady was talking and making fun of a customer who called to complain. The manager was saying to the man who was helping me the customer didnt know she was complaining about her the whole time. The manager said something along the lines of like im going to get my self in trouble.

On 12/09/2019 I returned a online item for the first time ever. I was not familiar with the process and ups employee Maricella was very helpful and patient with me. She even help me to pack my items.This reason i WILL come back do business here because of Maricella!

My experience at this store is being in my list of the a great customer service.Dana who was the person to assist me at at the two times I was there to ship out items to Texas made it very easy for me, even though I had a wrong address she helped me to make it possible for my son to receive his package and that means a lot to me, even for this this Valentines package I sent to Texas my grand-son & Son recieved their package on time....I will make their UPS store because everyone their makes sure their customers are being helpedGive them a huge Appause !!!Julia .. 😊

Been here a couple times, started coming often bc the location was convenient but the more I started going the worse the service got, so unhelpful, postal annex is cheaper and has way better customer service !!!!

I went like a month ago and Staff was nice and I was in and out within 5 minutes.

They kept a package for from May 17 to June 5th when I had to pick it up myself despite all 3 calls I made asking why i keep tracking and my package does not leave their office:( I had to pick it up myself without explanation to why they dont deliver packages at my house. worse UPS ever. Find another post office.

I chose to have my UPS package delivered to this store since I work until 6pm and didnt want want my package hanging out on my front porch. They advertise that they stay open until 7pm during the week but when I got there at 6:30pm, they were closed. The hours on the doors now state they closed M-F at 6pm. Now I have to wait until Saturday to pick up my package. Not convenient at all. And every search I do for that store states they close at 7pm. Update your sites, please.

Store hours are wrong. Theyre definitely not open until 7pm weekdays. And they seem to close early because Ive arrived at 545pm only to find closed doors. Sign say 6pm.

Ive been using this location for months, and never had a problem until today. I walked in with my babies and I was greeted by an automatically rude employee named John. He continued to be standoffish throughout the visit. I also will follow up with a manager, and will not visit this location anymore

The employees at this store are very lazy. Consistently close the store approximately 20 mins before closing time (6 pm), also on fridays.Yeah, they need to do something about this or theyll just make a bad name for themselves.

First time to send a package for my nephews bday and Dana helped me a lot in everything like choosing the right box as well as packaging .. Im surprised that my package will be delivered tomorrow ☺️☺️ ..

Their hours of business are wrong! They open at 0900 not 0830 as it is stated on the Internet but at least its not their time being wasted! I am sure its just way to much work for them to change their hours on the Internet or just really hard, so that makes it worth my time. Not like we are in silicone valley and people have business to take care of.

I was told that if you want to pack with plastic bag, Air delivery is required which charges $149 for my $85 value jacket, also I was told by a lady that the UPS Ground never takes plastic packing and the lady ask me to buy a box for Ground delivery. not sure if this true or not?

Ruined a package by poking holes in it after it was dropped off without informing the sender.

Thank goodness for the female employee who assisted me today because if she was not there, my UK visa application would have been processed by that incompetent so impolite guy employee.
