This place is a lifesaver with its 2AM close time. They use a prepaid loaded card system that charges you .85 Cents on your first purchase of the card. Dont forget to bring your cash because it does not take debit or credit card (No biggie for me). The washers are quick (23 mins) and you can dry within 32 minutes which costs $1.60. I was pretty impressed!

This place is not what I expected. I had to pay to purchase a card and put money in it if I wanted to wash here plus if you want hot or warm its extra. The lady that works here is rude and was always talking not doing her job.. bad customer service

Many of the washing machines and dryers are not functional. Theyve increased the price by $.50 on every machine if you need to use hot water. At least 1/3rd of the dryers will not accept the card you must put money on and their prices, .38 for 8 minutes, make it difficult to not reload your card or have money sitting on it that can never be used.Additionally, the evening staff is very rude, judgmental, and unfriendly. They are nicer in the morning. Lastly, the parking is next to impossible with a very small amount of space for patrons and the location is difficult to exit from/enter due to its location on the corner of Almaden expressway.I went back to this place because I had money on my laundromat card. But it cost $22 dollars to wash and dry my two loads of laundry. I do not recommend this place for people who want good and friendly service, and the cost is going up daily.

Late night laundry is the only way to go they have really stopped alot of the riff raff from hanging out so its much better

I never came back. Many machines didnt work, some of them didnt want to get my laundry card and I didnt see any worker to help me to change my money.

They have bug washers but bcuz the 9lder smaller ones po9red water out of washer like a lot .

My experience at Xpressway Laundromat is always pleasant the owner is very friendly and helpful the place is kept very clean and most of all the machines always work and the dryers are always super hot thats the only place I go even though I have a laundromat where I live

You need a card to operate the machine which is bothersome, just another thing to keep track of... one thing I liked about this place is the variance in the size of the machines and that its open very late. One thing I hated about this place was the little amount of water other washer used, also the customer service was horrible the guy working there (dead center of the store front picture) was crazy rude to me. He acused me of trying to break the machine, when it was another customer banging on the machine.

I like this Laundromat and it has an Attendant.. Someone who was there and Stole My Card. I Dont know who, I did not have much left BUT It would have gotten my wash Dry. I think I will go there again since this And they now charge .85 Cents for the Card. AND Need to keep CARD in pocket, I didnt realize I must have lost CARD between washer Going To Driers. SO could not Dry My Clothes had go Home.

Its open till 2am. Some days it gets pretty busy and then you have those who want to bogarde the washers and dryers. Meaning, Their clothes could be finished washing and drying and they are now heres to be found. Other than that the person attending to the laundry mat is very helpful.

Kindly make your signs bigger and more visible about wearing a mask! Because still alot of your customers are coming in without wearing any face coverings. Are you guys not complying with the Santa Clara County new rules? You should not let anyone come inside your premises without any masks... please protect your customers.

Love this place

Very unprofessional! Last wash is at 10pm now yet the attendant/employee is mopping at 9:45 and gets mad if you have to walk through! First of all first of all that is a safety violation. If someone happens to slip thats definitely a lawsuit! The man is very rude. Bathrooms are out of order he starts blinking the lights on and off 15 minutes prior to 11 pm. Now I wish I could get there earlier however this is the only time I can come to do my laundry. I am definitely not coming back.

Only good part is that it’s clean and usually not too busy. Don’t like that you can’t use change and have to put money on a card that depletes faster than it should...... the sign says they close at 2 but they wouldn’t let me in after 1 although I wasn’t washing and only needed to dry. Literally shut and locked the doors in my face, rude.

Very clean laundromat, attendant polite and helpful. Good amount of machines, unfortunately more then a couple of washers are out of order. Cant use coins though other then that, we will be coming back. :)

I love how clean this facility is. The man who works in the office is always cleaning and so helpful.

Great place to do laundry. Large, medium and small machines depending on your quantity of clothes. Washes brighter than other places like the laundry in my apartment. With ready-to-help workers.

The laundrymat attendant was rude and trying to not allow me to finish drying my clothes...matter of fact my towels are still damp...this place sucks

1). Sketchy clientele at times... Ive witnessed yelling, verbal fights, & physical fights.2). Limited parking - especially in AM & after work when 7-11 is busy.3). The card-payment system is annoying. The card seems convenient so you dont have to log around hundreds of quarters, but I spend more time trying to get the card inserted just right in order to work. Also, I had to buy a 2nd card because their system was down & wasnt recognizing my existing card. And you can only add a minimum of $1, so you end up with odd amount of $ left on your card.

Popular, clean, friendly some times extremely busy, the place is helpful some times the customers can be greedy and take up all the washers and dryers but you have the option to remove to use if they are preventing others of soubg their laundry ask the attendant you need a machine it helps. Supplies are on site plus 7-11 is right next door. No coin machines here you need to purchase a card 35 cents and then load on money it does not expire if any trouble ask the attendant. Open til 2am but last load at 1am make it a dryer other wise your leaving with wet clothes.

They got this new girl Carine here who is absolutely AMAZING. Since ive been here this lady has not stopped offering services to anybody, and she has constantly stayed cleaning.

This has to be one of the worst. Cost me over $25 for two loads to wash and dry. Machines are half not working. Terrible customer service. You have to buy a card for a dollar just to use there broken machines. The worker dan has been talking back every time we politely ask for help. He put too much of our money on the wrong machine. Gave us no refund for the wasted money. Idk how clean my clothes got in the 3 hours it took us to get out of this nightmare

I only like this place because its open till 200 AM, the guy that works here in the night makes me feel uncomfortable though. He is rude and ignores you. If you need assistance you have to be mildly verbally aggressive. Aside all else this place is one of the cleanest laundromats Ive ever been to.

I came at 10 OClock at night. Very clean & nice people. Dont like the card thing very well its kind of a nuisance. When using the dryer you have to remove and reinsert the card for every 8 minutes you want to add to the dryer. I would have given them a 4 star but gave a 2 not just because of the card thing but also because I have only been here for 40 minutes & in the first 20 minutes of being here, I have seen 2 mice running around & just saw another one! Oh & no snack or drink machines. Family size washer is 8.50 or 9.00 if you use hot water & the dryers are 38 cents per 8 minutes.

You have to load money on a card. Theres no refund for unused money on the card. And the card itself costs 89 cents. You put in $10 and you get a card with $9.11 on it. High capacity washer is 8.50 and didnt wash worth a damn. Total ripoff....shameful.

Ive been going to this place for alittle over a year and im finally done with them. for about 3 months they had no hot water and lowered the prices they did not. recently Ive been fortunate enough to be able to afford drop off laundry services which brought me to having to deal with the people there, who all were very short and rude with the service. I will not be going back to this place due to poor customer service. the thing that kept me coming back for so long is very nice its not a coin operation place you have a little pay card and that one part is awesome if you dont have to deal with the employees.

Parking is a little bit rough and theres a 7-Eleven right next to it but be careful how Google Maps route you to it because what it does that actually tells you to go ahead and go a back ways to it which is kind of confusing if youre coming around the other side so be wary of that also parking at the location is very limited if I havent said that again

Good place to wash your machines are new modest prices the place very clean during bath also clean, with a very acceptable schedule that is what secures the difference to others close at 2:00 AM. The only complicated thing is its parking is very small and it costs a lot to find a place to park.
