Machines are mostly clean, staff needs to make sure to take a look inside ever so often to ensure they are free of debris left behind the last users. Other than that, restroom is clean, floors are clean with the exception of their floor towels placed due to leaking washing machines.

Old machines that most are out of order, too crowded during evenings. Takes a very long time.

Arrived tonight well before closing to pick up my laundry, to find that not only was the building locked and I could not retrieve my belongings, but someone had rudely dumped ALL of my clean laundry on the floor. I now have to return at six in the damn morning to get my things before someone steals it all. This place is an absolute joke!

I can not believe that there is no one to help the change machines did not work at all the closed bathrooms very dirty I had to go to get change and it lasted around 4pm at 5:45 pm and no one arrived, many people left without washing and others annoying. The children and adults wanted to enter the bathroom and the two closed very bad service. The truth. What if everything bothers a lot
