Nothing but great things to say about SMUV Lagree. Every class is incredible and leave feeling it (sometimes for a few days after!). Have had a few instructors and theyre all great about ensuring you make the most of class across various levels of experience. Theyve also been super in navigating staying open in a safe manner during the COVID environment. Will be going time and time again.
All the instructors at Smuv that I have encountered are so great at motivating you to push yourself and really get the max out of your workout. Highly recommend this style of fitness for anyone looking for an awesome low impact and high intensity workout! You will be sweating and your muscles will definitely be shaking!
Absolutely the best workout!!!! I am sore for days afterward in the best way! Even though I am not the best at Lagree yet, the SMUV instructors are always so encouraging and push me to my limits. You must try!
Great studio and amazing classes! My first lagree experience was at SMUV a couple months ago and I’ve been going back ever since. I’ve taken classes by Gabby, Richelle, Toby, and Tim. Instructors are always super helpful and provide modifications if needed. I’ve taken a variety of workout classes before but SMUV pushes me to use muscles that I normally don’t use on a day-to-day basis. You can always expect a fun but challenging full body workout!

I had no idea what I was signing up for, but boy was I amazed how much my muscles burned during that 40 minute workout. Kat is an awesome instructor — she helped me understand what to do and she pushed me to dig deeper. The studio is also super clean and the setup is great. I would definitely go back for another class!
This ones a long overdue review for this place and the amazing instructor. I just happened to find this place while I was looking for a gym with a different kind of a workout. And lagaree was it. With an amazing combo of an instructor like Kat, you definitely will feel the burn. Shes super encouraging and gives you the time to learn. Sometimes you feel out of place because you dont know the move, Kat stands right next to you to correct/help you. If you dont like a move or if its too easy for you, talk to her, shell definitely make it more fun for you next time. They have a number of classes in the morning and evening whichever suits your lifestyle. Best part, its a local gym run by an amazing woman, so Id totally recommend you guys to try this one out and thank me later :)

The best work out ever! The instructor, Kat, is awesome! She’s great at motivating me, even though I’m new to Lagree. Even though Smuv is a little further away from my home, it is definitely worth the drive.
Great Community. People are generally nice in this gym. Staff at all hours of the day are great! There is a reason this gym is alive, and well!

I usually attend the fire classes and they are fckn haaaaard but I feel great and have seen so much improvement in my form and strength. Kat is always so motivating and makes class fun despite all my damn moaning and groaning.
If you need a comprehensive, full-body 40 minute killer workout try one of SMUVs Lagree classes. Yes, these will be 40 minutes of sweat but no pain no gain, right? What I like about the Lagree method is that the megaperformer machines are designed to give you a full body workout without spending hours at the gym. The classes are taught by passionate and knowledgeable instructors (Kat is amazing!), available for all skill levels.One of the perks Im actually excited about are towel service and free treats from local businesses (gotta love the Margaritas and Kombuchas).
