Used Ease Family Solutions a year ago to hire a nanny. The nanny they provided was great. She helped pick the kids up for school. As well as taking them to practice if needed. She also helped with the cooking sometimes. Definitely would use them again and recommend them.

Very reliable, professional, responsive, and flexible. 100% happy with our experience so far. We have 3 kiddos, and both work full time. Both younger kids are in full time day care, but I travel a lot for work. We love the flexibility to schedule help only when we need it, and the consistency of one sitter who we know and trust.

They were wonderful. I used the housekeeping services and they were great, they were able to manuever around my two special needs kids and toddler while keeping my home organized and clean. I wish I could find this type of service since Ive moved to Virginia. I really miss the attention to detail and the special touches such as the follow up calls. This is truly a heaven sent service.

Letavia is phenomenal, and we wish we would have enlisted her services sooner! After months of trying to find a nanny ourselves, and not getting anywhen on several waitlists for childcare, we were desperate to find something before starting work again. I contacted @ease after being very disappointed in a nanny that I had found through the online sites. I decided to seek a professional in helping me find the right nanny for my kids. First of I would like to thank Letavia @ease family for helping us out at a really difficult time. We had worked with another nanny agency “Bay Area 2nd moms” with a terrible experience . We reached out to Letavia and gave her our requirements and gave her just 2 weeks to find us a part time nanny. First off she was very polite, professional and did right of the tell us that this was a really diffficult time frame to meet and if not meet she would have a temp nanny till we could find a long term fit. She worked on setting the right expectations on both the nanny’s side and ours, only with the intention of us getting someone we would love to help with out children long term. She was very good at keeping us updated on what was going on with the search and very easy to work with regarding documents etc. She made a point to pay us a visit even though she could have done all the needed electronically and that too at our convenience . I would highly recommend anyone looking for childcare, def talk to Letavia @ease
