PrideStaff is an excellent staffing agency. When I came in for an interview, like other interviews, I always feel nervous throughout the interview process. With PrideStaff, I came in a little nervous and left comfortable and confident with myself. Everyone there makes you feel welcomed. I haven’t received that type of acknowledgement in 4 years. Having heard about staffing agencies and being slightly frustrated with my seemingly non-successful job hunt I was hesitant to respond to the ad I saw on Craigslist. Upon speaking with Crystal Falconer over the phone not only was I nearly overjoyed, I was hopeful for the first time in a couple of weeks about my employment search. I have used Pridestaff twice. I started as a temp in Customer Service in 2015 and that lasted a year. They offered medical benefits and paid sick leave, which I did not expect since I was a temp. I was hired on permanently with the company I worked for. I am now using Pridestaff again and they now have a way for me to electrically submit my timesheet weekly. I know I would typically wait for my 2nd paycheck by the time the direct deposit would start, but by some miracle, I received my direct deposit for my first paycheck.I would recommend using Pridestaff. They are very kind, they follow up with you and make sure all is ok. They care about their employees.Special kudos to Tarah Dionisio. She was there for me every step of the way.7/29/19 Update: Tarah has been awesome when it comes to being that nudge I need to make sure I turn in my weekly timesheet to be paid.She has made the transition to being a temp very easy and also congratulated me on my new permanent position with my employer.Again, I would recommend Pridestaff. Worst experience ever was told that there was an immediate oppening in a position that i was qualified for. Then 2 weeks later was told that the company might not move forward with hiring but that there was a possibility that they still might i had to call pridestaff back in order to recieve this information. Finally 4 or more weeks later after not having gotten a call back at all i called them and they finally told me that the company had not decided to move forward with hiring through pridestaff. Thanks for the hewds up and constant contact that you guys said you provided i had to call them back each time to get all the information out of them when they originally said they are more personal and keep in contact with each individual that applies through them.

Where they tell you its long term, use you, then let you go after a month when they are all caught up.. 😳

Very Disappointed,Was referred to Javier Gonzales by a friend, I spoke with him, sent him my resume, called him, emailed him, then called him again. He told me he would have my resume inputted in their computer and would call me back. That was over a month ago. Never heard back from him again.
