I would have to say they do good at finding jobs but this last one, i didnt like the attitude Ms Gabby gave me, she seems to NOT UNDERSTAND the struggle of a parent..yes they found me a job site and i told them ahead of time i wont be able to MAKE it because my daughter got sick and had to take her to the doctor so i dont know WHY she would say WE CANT NO LONGER WORK WITH YOU because i didnt show up to a job they assign me too when i told them ahead of time, and ask if they can move my starting date, they need better workers that understand the struggle and willing to work with you NOT someone who throws u out the street because i had a good reason i didnt go to work the first day...

I wouldn’t give them one star! But that’s not an option, Don’t come in to this “staffing” agency, there a total waist of time! There are so many people going to this agency and I heard they told them and my self the same thing, you have good experience and not one of us was referred to a job, and the Girl there just looks at people from head to toe. She’s no help total waist of time. She was meeting with someone and her phone rang and just stated a conversation with the other person so rude and unprofessional!

Select Staffing in sanjose California very unprofessional would not want to reference any body there when i was sick and was throwin up I called in and couldnt make it in the assistant Arely Serrano tld me maybe its best to go to thru a different staffing agency so basically they didnt want to work with me

This place is ran by a peanut gallery staff, Very unprofessional.

I worked here in Sacramento and San Jose and both times I was able to get a good assignment and my boss on sight were wonderful

They are rude wasted my time i had a job offer and was told to go to them for hiring the lady i spoke to was rude told me i didnt need to car pool just because i had a brand new car (so i must be rich and dont need to budget and just felt like working because i was tired of being lazy) she refused to call the supervisor that sent me there to begin with and told me she wouldnt allow me to take the offer they gave me but instead was gonna stick me in a different positon this is the 3rd time i have had a bad experience with them so now i was sent to a different agency very annoying for me and the company that wanted to hire me (keep in mind they already have my resume and wanted to hire me!!!!!) I got nothing but push back and argument i waited in the parking lot for an hour to interview they wasted my time, gas, mileage on my brand new car and i came from morgan hill having to deal with crazy morning drivers cutting you off kicking up rock chips and other debris onto my car just to be disrespected amd blown off im gonna find her name out (i forget her name its very exotic so bear with me) and im filing a complaint the first time she did this she passed a guy who tested positive for pcp (not once but twice!!!?!) But sent me home to come back the next day because mine didnt come out at all how is that fair or right? Worste agency ever and i will be telling people to stay away from here

I had the worse experience ever with this girl named Henna, and this other new girls they are so rude will never work with them again, they think because they find you a job they have the right to scream at you, if you get sick thats the end of your assignment, and they will make so much excuses so they dont pay your sick time.
