Mark is great. He is really good at explaining things. We fully understand exactly what he is going to do before he does. He never leaves us in the dark about anything. It’s nice to have a service professional that alleviates the customers concerns before doing any work. That doesnt seem to be the way that many of these companies work these days. Thats the case with Marco. He took care of our questions and was very responsive to any questions we have. We have had them out at our home three times now and he has always been the same with us. Always made sure we knew what was happening. Always made sure the price was what he said was going to be. Always make sure he gave us first rate service. This is the best company in town for service for sure.

We will definitely call for Tom again if we have an issue with her chimney. He did a great job of cleaning out the soot build up in our chimney and in the fireplace in general. What a first-class job and a real good guy.He gave us an estimate from the very start of exactly what it would cost and how long it would take to do, and he came in right on time. A great job and we could not recommend Tom enough. If we ever have an issue in the future, he will be the person we call.

Before this review, I gave them a poor rating on a review site. Apparently, the owner saw my review and gave me a call. They asked me about the problem and upon inspecting the work, they admitted that the result was substandard. Turns out, the work was completed by a newly hired technician. They fixed the problem without charging me a penny. I am just happy for the responsiveness of the owner and his attitude towards his customers.

I called to see what their process is for chimney cleaning as I would like service. I spoke to a lady that was rude. She asked me what my zip code was and after I provided it, she said we do not provide service there and practically hung up without saying anything. Regardless if they didn’t have anyone in my area, she didn’t have to just hang up. Just RUDE!
