Dennis, the owner, came out and cleaned our chimney. He spent a long time explaining everything to me, as well as finding our long-lost chimney damper lever (which was WAY up the chimney). Reasonable, price, great service for Chimney Cleaning in San Jose as well as the Fremont / Newark area. He recommended we clean our chimney once every three years.
