Excellent service!!!!I called last minute and the owner was here within an hour. I made the mistake of calling another company first and they came out and tried to change the price once they were here I told them to leave. I went on to Google Maps and I found Jasmine Carpet Service and I should have called them first. The owner gave me a flat fee for my one-bedroom apartment and was more than helpful I cant say enough good things. Same day service !!! here at the apartment within an hour the guy goes above and beyond what is expected from a carpet cleaning company my carpet looks absolutely beautiful thank you so so so much

I used Jasmine Carpet Care last year to clean our carpets in our multi-level home as well as our patio and couch cushions. With two big dogs the carpets can get really dirty. Im giving JASMINE CARPET CARE 3 stars. I thought they did a really good job on my carpet and couch. My carpet is in fantastic shape. However, they didnt lift all the stubborn pet hairs off of my couch, which i was surprised about, considering I went for the shampoo and conditioner package.

This is a great company to help you clean the carpet and upholstery. Alex is a very pleasant guy. He provided very reasonable quote to clean carpet for my new house. On the appointment date, Alex showed up, unfortunately the crew installing my attic insulation was still working. He just quickly made a new appointment with me for the day after and said hed stay flexible to work around my crazy moving schedule . I certainly appreciated that ! Alexs work quality is top notch, he cleaned and shampooed my carpet, stairs, and even door matt. His attention to details and pride in his work really showed in the results ! Id not hesitate to call Alex for my regular carpet cleaning in the future .Highly recommended !

Very professional! Did an outstanding job making a very ugly carpet look new again. Stains I thought for sure would not come out of a carpet where gone. Only guy I could find open 7 days a week all day long. Took my appointment on a Sunday, during playoff football. Highly recommended. Works hard, and has a very good eye for detail.

Jasmine carpet is sooo AWESOME, especially Ali. My dog has a nasal tumor and bled all over the place when i got home late from work. Ali came out at 8pm and did a fantastic job on an emergency call as i did not want the pool of blood to sit overnight. This is the 3rd or 4 th time ive used him and wont use anyone else.

I have used Jasmine Carpet Care several times at our complex and each time the carpets come out looking great! Al is always quick to respond and set an appointment.
