They definitely could improve their customer service. However, all in all they do impeccable work and are extremely affordable! Was very impressed with their attention to detail. Just a heads up, they only accept cash.

Honestly I was impressed on how good of a job they did. My car was so clean from the inside and has a great smell also the wax job was fantastic my car basically felt brand new again would definitely give this place a shot.🙌🏼👌🏼

If you have the time (the place is small- so you might have to wait), this is by far the best car wash Ive found in San Jose! The prices are comparable to others, but the quality is far beyond any of the others! The wash was practically a mini detail! You do need to pay in cash, so plan ahead! And yes, its easy to miss, but it is worth the effort of finding.

I had passed by this place many times and never even realized there was a hand car wash here. Had to wash my car before selling it but after learning about their low pricing, I opted for a full detail. They brought the paint of my car back to life after polishing and waxing. I always have to go back home after a car wash and make some corrections, but not this time. After visiting Jr. Car Detailing, my car was flawless.

Well I passed the place up 2x...not very good signage and visibility. Had to call and get specific direction.. The guy answered Hello had to clarify and ask if I was calling a business.?? 🤔Then when I pulled up no acknowledged me.. When I got I out the car waited for someone to approach me nothing.. Waited around for 5 6 Minutes and still No one approach me... Asked the guy basic questions.. How much.. How long.. He became friendlier when I started to speak Spanish. When my car was almost I inspected. Asked for a couple thing to be touch up. Even got the leather treatment. All in all I felt good,I like support small businesses. The guy was nice.. That always goes a long way in my opinion. Hope the step up their professionalism. The other place I usually go to is always packed, Im glad I was off didnt mind waiting, that how i Wrote the review😛 (cash only of course ).

Ive been there several times and they always take a long time but I like how they wash it, but today I give them 1 star because I arrived at 3:30 pm and they were about to finish washing 2 trucks and there were two cars ahead of me, so the other cars they entered at 3:45 and it was done at 5 in the afternoon and I entered the place of a van that only washed the exterior, totally I put the car and the man disappeared and I waited more than 15 minutes and he did not appear and I better left .

Excellent service, just missing comfortable chairs to wait while washing the vehicle.
