This place definitely out priced the fancy car wash down the street. Not only service was the same or better but the quality totally out shined those other guys. Here they do a hand wash so there are no brushes to scratch your car. It was like 7 different guys on my car from start to finish. I felt good about getting it done at this place instead of the other expensive & fancy spot two blocks down. I even asked to spray more fragrance and they accommodated my request with no problem at all. Complete vaccumm, dash & door wipe down, windows along with non-stick bug barrier and tire dressing. Thank you guys. My black BMW appreciates your work.

Guys, this is the best car wash spot Ive ever had! #3 is definitely worth the price. The guys vacuum inside, wipe the dash, take out the hidden trash. Spray the interior windows too! My car might even pass off as just bought! Yes, theyre THAT good, seriously.

Came here for a carwash. They did a great job. They start off by rinsing your car and quickly nice to hand washing your car. I paid for the package that includes vacuuming the inside and they did a pretty good job--considering that I had a lots of dog hair in the back from my daughters dog. Im definitely be a repeat customer.

I got my car washed for the first time here and they did an overall great job, but they didnt clean the cup holders or the area where my gear shift is. Maybe they forgot? No biggie though. Car wash is great, all hand-washed and pretty quick! They removed all the bug splatters, were gentle with the car, got the rims all cleaned up too. The worst part of this gas station is exiting - its a nightmare when youre trying to go south on Almaden Expressway, and need to cross several lanes of busy traffic to get into the left turn lane.

Customer service was great. Had a smog check done on a car and it passed. Clerk inside was very nice and helpful. Staff doing the smog check was quick and the test was taken care of fast.Highly recommend this place for smog check, car wash and fuel.

Oh Fall, tis the season for falling bird droppings and tree sap. Car was filthy, more spots on it than a dalmatian. Dude told me in advance that they probably wouldnt be able to take a lot of the tree wax off the car but the car came out almost spotless. The team has a large operation with 100% hand wash. Everything is super efficient and well worth the value; classic carwash around the corner had almost no one check my car after a super rough machine battered my car.Only reason were at a 4 instead of a 5 is the dude was pretty crass. Not great customer service .

Terrible service. The guy that runs it has no business sense what so ever. He makes up what he charges based on what he thinks you can pay based on how much your vehicle is worth. What he falls to understand is that hes losing money by driving away customers. He lost $100 a month just from losing my business. Dumb!

Came here for a Smog certification that cost $78 that they dont tell you about until the bill is handed to you. IF you get a car wash first they give you a Smog coupon that lowers the price to $35 but non of which is advertised anywhere. The employee who I talked to was not wearing a mask nor was half the employees working on the cars. The only good thing I can say is that it only took 15mins to get my certification once they took my car back.

What does one say about a gas station? Unless you are buying things from a mechanic or mini mart or something doesnt work, its...a gas pump. Serviceable. Prices go up and down and have slight variance from place to place.

This gas station has a little mini-market as well as gas. A hand car wash is also available and a car detailing shop. I bought the interior/exterior car wash for $25. The car was mostly acceptable. They missed wiping off the dash, about 1/4 of the inside of wind shield, and the top of the car was only partially cleaned. I give higher marks to the gas station / mini market and lower marks to the carwash.

Attention to detail here is really good. Washers are nice, and when I need a quick wash for the road I always stop here for the quality service. Definitely recommend for a quick wash!

Got our car washed here, they completely forgot to clean the front of the car. There were water droplets all over the car. They did not clean the interior properly, cup holders and many places still had dust. Front mats cleaned, back ones not touched! Not overly impressed!

$20 got me a car wash/dry and wheel care. That was it. I didnt get the air freshener I paid for. The outside of the windows were still dirty with water marks, water was running down the car and windows while still parked. I opened the trunk and there was still a lot soapy water. I had to clean my car after they cleaned it. For $20, I would expect wash/dry, windows in and out and vacuum. Thats what Ive paid at all other hand car washes Ive gone to. Sad to say I probably wont be back at those prices and the lack of quality. I gave 3 stars because it is hand wash, quick and you pay while still sitting in your car.

Fast, great work and good prices! Its all hand wash in assembly line style with about 10 people taking car of your car. You can stay in the car due ng the process, so its easier to move the car from one phase to another. Its about 2-3 min per phase, and 3 phases, so about 8-9 min total.

Do not have your car washed at this place. I had my Chevy Volt washed here and had several items stolen from my car. A coin sock with $30 in quarters, an apple phone charger and a lightning charger for my Apple Air 2.If only I could rate zero stars! Called the manager, said when I got back from my trip he would make it good, he never did. Avoided all my calls, although he did send me a text message saying I had no proof, so they changed their mind about making it right. No proof, I drive in to wash my car with these items in my car, drive straight home 11 blocks, on my way home I try to finish charging my phone and Bingo no charger. No one else in my car, and didnt make any stops along the way. Total rip off thrives, and of course none of them spoke English and they all played stupid when I tried to talk to them. SO MY ADVISE STAY AWAY!!!

Very poor customer service. The broke my car handle off the left rear door. They try to put it back on hoping that I wont notice at all. I told them not to put it back on, that it by as to be fixed professionally. The manager Cecar said that theres nothing that the can do. He also said that I can call the customer care line. I called the customer care line, and I had to leave a message. They havent called back. The place doesnt deserve a single star. The only reason I put one star, its so I can leave my review. Very upset and disappointed with this place.

Smog person was not a nice person. Filled out the form but did not know the mileage or license. He refused to get the info even though he was going to move the car anyway. So I had to walk halfway around the building and back to get the info.Then he disappeared for awhile. When I said a little customer service would be nice, he said no one else had a problem. Took my car elsewhere...and all future business.

Just got a car wash... for “The Works” at $27, I expect a bit more. Interior was only so-so, didn’t wipe down door handles or rear seats (leather so it’s easy), marginal vacuum job (still a bunch of debris everywhere). Only meh, guess you need to by the $350 package to get those done. I would say just poor attention to detail.

Went in for a car wash. Got their basic wash and it was super basic that my car still got dirty spots in the bumper. Expensive for a job not well done. Lesson learn: you get what you pay for.

I always used to go here for car wash, but for the last two times they have done a trouble job cleaning the inside, cup holder dirty, did not vacuum the back areas, doors dirty, mirrors not cleaned.
