The car washes themselves are not perfect, but for the price, you cant beat it.Try to go in during the week if you can, because it takes quite some time on busy days (the weekends). They do have an excess of chairs and a shady area, so at least for the longer waits, its not uncomfortable.Overall, recommended if youre looking for a good value car wash. They also do wash by hand, so you wont ruin your paint.

I think the experience all depends on who is working that day. Ive gone before and they vacuumed my car super well then I went recently and it looked like if they just passed the vaccum super quick.They do a good job on the exterior but interior needs some work.

I am beyond disappointed in this place. The front and back cup holders were not cleaned, the inside back doors were not cleaned, and they didn’t even bother to vacuum or clean the trunk. See photo. I don’t understand why we paid $40 for an “express wash service” . They need to train their employees again.I understand that you don’t need that new car feel, but at least turnover a clean car. That’s your responsibility that the customer paid for.If you do come here, be sure to review your case before leaving so you can have them redo what was missed.

Car wash looked good but the inside of my car was Still dirty nothing was cleaned.Front driver carpet vacuumed but that was it. The passenger front and back were not vacuumed at all my seats are still dirty nothing of my interior was wiped at all disappointing.Never coming back here.Manager should have employees trained on a model car and show them what and how it should look when the car is finished.

Car wash is ok if a bit expensive.....not happy that I had to wait so long. At least 7 cars that got there after me actually got washed before mine did. A bit frustrating when youre coming through during lunch.....

I paid 45.00 for for a car wash and my car looks like it was never washed inside at all. And i called them and all they could say is call US back tomorrow when a mánager is here and look at the pix.

The service is great! We go to Capital Car Wash for both our cars and they do a great job. We always use the coupon and ends up being a bit more affordable. Theyve always cleaned both our cars up to par and if theres something wrong, we usually tell them right then and there and they fix it.

My car was stolen from this car wash 2 weeks ago on Saturday if I could give them zero Stars I would. staff acted like they didnt know what I was talking about when I questioned them about car leaving lot. Manager acted like it never happened before. community service officer told me shes been there five times in the last month for stolen vehicles. The least they could have done is to offer to return my money.

Quick and clean. Very efficient running car wash. I try to get in during the week when its not so crowded. The weekends are very crowded. They do a very decent job of hand washing your car. Vacuuming could be better but overall my car gets cleaned quickly and I dont have to do it.

Its a decent car wash if youre in a rush and you need your car washed quick they do a decent job there are many other car washing places around that can really take care of you and detail your car and generally spend more time on the interior doing the things that really make your car clean and matter like blowing dust and crumbs out of cracks in the interior rubbing down the seats were protective leather Solutions Armor All the tires and clean the rims as a standard but overall this place is decent Im sure they can do those things if you ask for it and might be at an extra expense but its worth having the car clean

If you need to get your car washed the price is ok. They do a good job.As far as getting your car detailed in side and out I give it a 2. They said they could get the Oxidation out of few small places but, they didnt get it out like they said they could. Will not be taking my car back for detailed service. I will take it for a regular wash.

Work kind of sloppy

Its the closest to my house, but for 29.99 the carwash could be better. My mirrors, windows and dashboard always look dirty after. I have to redo when I get home 🤷🏾‍♀️

Sloppy service . . . sloppy work. Left swirl marks and scratches all over car, didn’t thoroughly vacuum car, slow and lazy work. Interior plastics and leather got a little damaged. Utterly disappointed, I recommend spending the extra money on a reliable high end washing/detailing service.

They can be really good if you tell them to do so. Once you get on their case they do an excellent job. Dont expect them to care about your car like if it was their car. They are doing what they can to move fast

Very poor job done. Had to get on them and redo the inside of my car. Took 10 mins longer than it should have if they did it right the first time. When i got here there was no one else here and very few people came after me.

Over priced for how they clean your car!! Cant understand why so popular. They do not have a supervisor check each car for quality. After paying 30 bucks...the inside wasnt completely clean, but luckily I notice others before me inspecting their cars and having fixes done which is what I did. First and last visit for me! Update 4/2018 no change.

This is the worse place to have your car cleaned. My car is dirty that is why I came to this place. They did not vacuum the trunk and seats, they did not wipe the dash, armrest, etc. You can get a better service for a cheaper price somewhere else. They deserve less than 1 star.

I took my car here and got the premium car wash. The outside wash wasnt too bad but the inside was horrible. My rearview mirror was still wet with spray along with my cupholders. My backseat was made dirtier than before I brought it, there was a bunch of sand all over the backseat from a dirty rag that they left there.

This place really went downhill. I havent been here in years decided to give it a shot paid 25 bucks . they didnt thoroughly vacuume the floor or underneath the mats nor did they windex the inside windows. And apparently you have to tell them you want them to vacuum the trunk or else they wont do it. Its crazy when I was there I saw a bunch of cool expensive looking cars so I figured it was cool. I dont know... I will never go here again.

You have to inspect your car and really direct them on what to clean. They left my trunk unvaccumed, didnt clean rear windows and there were still patches of dust inside and outside the car. Ill be looking for a new spot next time.

This place is a joke, they have to be the worst quality car wash is San Jose and they are very expensive for what they do to your car which is not much. Smudges, water marks from improper drying and interior not cleaned properly. I am not coming back to get ripped off again.

Been getting my car wash here for are couple years. They do an okay job but some days they leave grease marks in my interior of my car. No bueno sometimes.

The last time I went was almost a month ago un that time was very good so I return I was close to there but this time was really bad I pay for the Gold but was a waste of money, people are rude, manager was like he doesn’t care . For sure I don’t came back anymore I love my usual place .
