Here is a place bit long for this world - the rare locally owned and operated small business that absolt deserves your business. Frank will give you his opinion on what you should do with your hair, but he will always defer to your preference of course. Youll also get good barber shop chat thats not too much, not too little. This is really an ideal, old school place to get a haircut for a good price. Tip well!

Sometimes they say you get what you pay for; When I got a hair cut here, I did not get what I paid for. $20 is average for a hair cut but go somewhere else or have your friend cut your hair because it will be just as good as a hair cut here.

Frank is experienced, kind, and efficient. Often opens earlier than the posted hours. Ideal if youre trying to squeeze in a trim before a conference in the morning. Highly recommended.

Anyone else remember the episode of King Of The Hill where Hanks barber kinda ... goes .... nuts?I went here and the guy had me hold the mirror and check up on his work.... I have a feeling he was a real ace in his day, but in the end its a so-so cut and thats when you can catch the place when its open.These days my go-to barbershop is right between a pinata shop and a store-front church with a little band that rocks for Jesus. Youll find it among the skeezy used car lots along San Carlos and I wouldnt have it any other way.
