The Big.O mobile service was excellent for getting tires I ordered from TireRack installed. They were on time and the service associate Luis did an excellent job. Highly recommended.The one thing to improve is better communication around scheduling. I had to call a couple of times to confirm my appointment. Automated texting in this area would be great.

I was having trouble driving my truck with a front wheel screeching. Some how I needed an alignment fast! I’m in San Jose in unknown territory. I had no clue in what direction to go to the nearest tire store. I went on my phone and found big O tires 3.5 miles away from me. My front right side wheel was not aligned and was screeching tire past 20 mph. I had no time to call a tow. I call big O tires to see if they had availability and Mikey answers the phone. I asked him if they can assist me and that I was barely driving to them very slow. Mikey set me up while on the phone driving to them. I get there and they took me in and they got me back on the road in no time. This is not the only time that I had a tire issue and big O tires is always near by to save the day! I’m extremely very thankful for them. I couldn’t find another alignment place that would take me in. 2 other places before I called big O tires turned me down because 1 was closing for the day and the other place said his tech had already went home and he could only help me until Monday. I’m extremely thankful for the guys at Big O tires. There service was thru the roof. The experience there will always be unforgettable. I was in uncharted waters not from the area but they saved me!

Been here twice. First time was helped by Jasper, he provided quick and helpful service. Then today, I called the shop knowing I needed to get a flat fixed/replaced and only had an hour before closing. The woman who called was so sweet, told me that if I made it in before 7pm the shop would fix it for me. I was helped by Mikey when I arrived, he and his team went above and beyond by permitting me to come in so late for them to fix my tire. So all in all, this place hires some high quality employees and they deserve praise. We never think about how much we need our cars until we get a flat, and our whole week and pay check and up coming bills all flash before our minds- I was fortunate that not only could they service my vehicle but they also provided me with this service complimentary because I bought my tires from them!! Pays to be loyal.Lobby could use a little updating but hey, it’s a tire shop.

My husband took in his car to see if anything was wrong with the suspension at 9:20 am they said they would get back to him in 2 hours. After 2 hrs we hadnt heard from them so my husband called and wasnt able to get through. Finally we got a hold of someone and they said that the car would be ready by the end of the day. At the end of the day the car wasnt ready and they said we would hear from them by 10am the next day. The next morning 10am came and left and no word on the car. We tried calling and calling and couldnt get ahold of anyone there. FINALLY around 3pm we got a hold of someone and they couldnt tell us when the car would be done but that it was being worked on. After a few hours we tried calling again to get an update and we couldnt get through AGAIN. At 6pm my husband was able to get ahold of someone and they said his car was almost finished and he would be able to picked it up by closing.All in all they did a GREAT job on the car it feels GREAT while driving. But they need some serious work on timely and effective communication with their customers and the customers being able to get through to them.

Sandra was my representative.She was great at explaining the situation and providing details regarding my options.I ordered new set of tires in the morning and got a call little after noon same day letting me know the tires are ready.I was able to find Groupon deal to apply at the end. The process of exchanging tires and inspection took about 2 hours.I also got warranty on the tires which were $15 per.Reliable and professional!

I was on my way to dinner and Suddenly saw that my tire pressure was low. Noticed the air just kept getting lower, obviously a nail is in my tire. The closest tire place by me was Big O Tires. Mike helped me out, he was nice and very informative. It was very busy when I went in, I didn’t mind waiting. I was just glad that I walked out with a patched tire. Great customer service from mike and Micheal. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Kayla was amazing. She got me in and out of there in 20 minutes and was so sweet and accommodating, not just matching prices but beating them by finding me coupons. America’s Best Tires meanwhile wouldn’t help me and told me they turned the compressor off at 10 minutes til’ closing. They were content to send me on the hot highways with a severely balding, cracked tire. I will now only go to Big O Tires, who not only made sure I was safe, but serviced my car quickly and cheerfully, saving me $50 over what I would have paid anywhere else.

Good service, they improved a lot cause the last time that I requested a service at this location it was a bad experience but now I definitely be back, the only suggestion that I can do is this time I requested an oil change service and they forgot, either way they didn’t charge me for it but that is something that I was really needed, at the end they deserve 4 star, keep the good work!!!!

The manager of the day was incredibly helpful and professional. He have me a quick and very effective solution for my punctured tire problem.I thought I was going to pay for the replacement of both tires.He analyzed the problem and came to the solution I had a lot of tread left and decided to just fix the puncture.Thank you very much for that. I just had to pay for the fix, which saved me a lot of money that day.

I never leave reviews but this place was so friendly that I had to. If you’re looking for a place that will take care of your car and somehow make your day better with their kindness and customer service, you’ve found it!I admittedly know nothing about cars so usually getting my car fixed is a stressful experience, but Mikey was really kind and patient, and Alvaro made sure it was safe for me to drive on my spare until my new tire came in. My tire came in two days later, and Jose changed it out for me and was so helpful and friendly.No one tried to overcharge me- in fact they tried to find the best deal for me. They went above and beyond!

Suggested by Costco to get an alignment job done when I changed tires. I found a deal at Groupon with 40% off for wheel alignment at Big O’Tires. With all the positive reviews, I bought a coupon and booked a time slot easily. The job was done in 1 our and no extra charges. It was a great experience!

Went there to change tires.Staff was friendly. Total cost was fine. The service was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I also got a free alignment check. This is all good.Balancing seems fine-ish, theres a small vibration around 75-80 mph tho. I may rebalance wheels in the future but this will do for now.Update: I went back for rebalancing and they fixed it for free.They left some glue from the old balancing weights on the wheels and it already collected some dirt / small stones / rubber on it. Ill need to take wheels off and clean this. Would be great if old glue was removed before the rebalancing.Their tires changing machine left small grooves in the aluminum on the inside of the wheels. Not a super big deal for my stock wheels but could be if your wheels are aftermarket and/or expensive.And the most visible thing is peeled paint on one of the wheels. Not sure if this one from the tires changing machine or some technician just accidentally hit it with something.Overall I got what I paid for, but I probably wont return there in the future, especially if I get some nice new wheels.

I really, really wish the Big O Tires website made it clear that scheduling an “appointment” doesn’t actually secure an appointment slot. I showed up for my appointment and was told there would be a 2-hour wait, even though I’d scheduled a “wait for my car here” appointment. I did not have it in my schedule to wait more than an hour so I was able to change my appointment to a few days later. When I showed up to that appointment I was told there would be a 2-4 hour wait even though I had selected the “wait for my car here” appointment. Again, I did not have it in my schedule to wait more than an hour or so. I had to unexpectedly arrange a ride so I would not be stuck there for up to 4 hours. As I left, I was told another mechanic had arrived and that my car would be done in an hour and that I’d receive a text when my car was done.I waited 3 hours before calling to check up on the status of my car, and was told the mechanics had just finished my car. I asked if I was supposed to have received a text and was told again that the mechanics had JUST finished my car. However, when I picked up my car, the person checking me out said they would look into why I didn’t receive a text or call because I should have quite a while ago. So that told me my car had been ready a while but I hadn’t been contacted.I was told when I picked up my car that appointments don’t really matter at Big O. Even if an appointment is made, your car is serviced first come, first served and there’s no guarantee your car will be worked on around your appointment time. I confirmed that the “appointment” time is really more of a drop-off time—in which case, what’s the point? You still wait in line with an appointment to check so it’s no different than walking in randomly.I find it extremely misleading that Big O has “appointment” slots that have absolutely no bearing on when your car will be serviced. I know working on cars is not an exact science and don’t expect my car will be worked on at *exactly* my appointment time, that there won’t sometimes be delays, or that I won’t have to wait about an hour. However, allowing customers to think they have an appointment when in reality they may have to wait 4+ hours for their car is a misrepresentation of how Big O’s services work. I definitely won’t be utilizing Big O again because I can’t risk trying to plan my work schedule and other appointments around their unreliable time estimates/appointments.

This shop is FANTASTIC!!!! I needed brakes yesterday really bad and they got me in and out quickly. The prices are very reasonable and the service is top notch. Thank you so much, my baby rides great.

It was fine. The employees were all courteous and responsive, but I believe they were understaffed due to the Labor Day holiday. They said my car would take 1.5 hours for all new tires but it took nearly 3 hours. This was not a huge problem because I had a good book and nowhere to be… and Starbucks is not a far walk. But the delays seemed to upset other people waiting which was honestly the worst part of the visit 😆 namaste, y’all.

Avoid this specific location. This place will scam you which is surprising because I been going to various big o tires stores for over a decade now. Took us 3 days to get our car back for brake pads. Brakes have been making a grinding noise ever since. Finally took it to Nissan to find out we were charged oem parts but actually given cheap aftermarket parts which was causing the grinding. Dealt with Sandra rich and Andre at this location for months now over some brake pads.

Great experience!They installed new tires and gave my car an alignment. The Alignment Tech fixed the camber and adjusted the toe and now my wear on my tires should be nice and even. Very happy!

Great place to get your car serviced. Check for Groupons generally they have a good deals going on. My Groupon was expired but the lady at the counter helped me to get the value of the group on deducted from my bill. That was really great. Though it takes a lot of time for the servicing so be ready to spend almost two or three hours or maybe come back later to pick up the car.

Justin & Mickey happened to be extremely helpful in resolving my specialty tires along with useful tips to lower my bill. Great shop !

Ive been shopping here for 17 years. Would not buy tires anywhere else Yesterday they very busy all day, but when I went to pick up my car in the afternoon, Mikey was still cool, calm, and professional.

Had an appointment at 11, arrived at 11, was told to come back at 1,1:30 latest for an alignment and an oil change. I was finally able to leave at 4:45pm. People were nice but timing was terrible. Its OK to take a long time, but I was told a gross understatement of how long it would take them to get to my vehicle to finally do 15 minutes of work.

Have an 8am appointment on a Saturday, I didnt have to wait to long and had enough time to finish my breakfast. thank you!!!

I had an amazing experience yesterday ( and every time for that matter) when I brought in my Porsche Cayenne S for an oil change. I got a set of 4 tires of there brand with 80k I bring my car for rotation every 5000 miles they last only 55k when there and ask how the warranty will work the desk lady told me I cant make a decision the manager will call u manager call me and tell me we will replace two wheels and we will deduct $50 dollars on each of the new tires.They offer u a top quality tire but infact 80k will last 55k not happy with the quality.

Dropped my car off for an oil change at 10:30am, they told me i would get it back earlier but no later than 3pm. I got my car back at 6pm. It took 8.5 hours for a simple oil change. Did not even receive a new sticker on my window for when i was due to come back for my next oil change. Will not be coming back here or any other big o tire place ever again.

Got 4 new tires on my 99 dodge ram van with alignment. The sexy young customer sales representative kicked out a free broken stud replacement on my right rear wheel. She was totally awesome. the tires were Mesa AP3 and ride smooth and the alignment seems pretty good! Pretty satisfactory service.

Performed oil change service and one tire replacement- No appointment system but walk-in, which is fine. But it took an hour later than their estimate- Messed my carfax report up by reporting 100,000 more miles than odometer- Asked receptionist how much was tire rotation, he claimed its included with oil service. I then asked the technician if tire was rotated, he said best practice was to keep the new tire at front, but then immediately said its okay to have it at rear when I pointed out that the new tire was there at rear. Nothing was rotated after all. Very unimpressed. Felt like they didnt care but just BS.

Sandra is by far the most helpful person Ive ever dealt with when it comes to car repairs. Back story: I bought a car on Carvana. When it was delivered to me, the technician made note of the fact that the tires were below standard, and put in a ticket with Silver Rock/Carvana to get the tires replaced. Big O Tires was on the list of approved vendors, so I walked in probably around 10:30am on a Thursday morning. I was promptly greeted and assisted by Sandra. She explained that Silver Rock/Carvana was often slow to respond and difficult to work with, but assured me shed take care of it. She called me later that afternoon to explain that she had to fight to get my new tires, but that she had done so, being my best advocate. She was professional, incredibly pleasant to deal with, and I could not have asked for a more seamless transaction. Thank you Sandra/Big O Tires. You have a customer for life!

Im here about 1 hour the guy in front of me about 2 hours. they are well rolled up to make the tire change and alignment. even with appointment. so imagine without an appointment. come with a charged cell phone as it will take a long time.

It was the most awkward customer service experience. The girl that helped me when I dropped off my car was great, but another person checked me out. Didnt even say hello, no eye contact, simply told me when to put the card in the reader, finished up and handed me the receipt.

I shopped several stores before deciding to go with thisone. Even though price is similar Big O Tires at Parkmooris better in providing key information (such as DOT code )about the tires without hassles. They didn’t have the tires in inventory that I was looking for. But without making deposit I was able to get all the key information before placing the order.Kali is very helpful.

This is my second time coming to Big O Tires and I have been help by Kayla twice now. Once for myself and one for my girlfriends tires. She always is very helpful and friendly. This is a great place, close to my house and service is excellent. Front desk not so good. Why? I was passed up 3 times while standing inline. Watched employee while working with some one answer the phone then go through helping this person on the phone and put them in hold to finish with original customer,Only for that person to hang up and the customer leave....? Training is needed. Your loosing customers to training.

A came to get new spark plug’s and a timer belt also fluid tune up … a little pricey and time consuming. But overall Im satisfied with how my car turned up I can definitely feel the difference when I drive.

I have almost $4000 tied up in rims and tires. I got a couple of new rear tires yesterday. The guy who balanced them stuck the weights out in the open instead of hiding them in the rear of the rim. I’ll have to find another place to redo their work as I don’t trust them to correct it properly.

I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with tire places so I wasn’t sure what to expect, unfortunately they didn’t stock the tire I wanted but they got one for me by the next day mounted it and called me to let me know. I went to pick up my wheel and installed it good to go. Gabriel was helpful and the price was less than the online place I purchased the original tire from (before labor). So I’m a happy customer!

They could have told me I needed alignment after I drove over a curb and blew out my tire—I even asked them if they thought I needed one before I left it in their hands. All they did was put on a new tire, no effort to sell me an alignment I didn’t need. Treasure honesty where you find it.

I bought tires because they had a special deal. Buy two and get two free plus free alignment. I let my car sit, not even 100 miles I put on the tires. I got new rear strut, upper n lower control arms and tie rod replaced. I called big o tire to setup an alignment. Never told me the price on the phone and when I handed them my key. So I assumed it was still free. Once they finished I get a charge for $70. If I was told I would be charged I would of taken to Firestone/wheelworks.

It was the worst experience ever. I went there to change the engine oil. After waiting more than two hours, they brought me a broken bolt, which should be screwed in the oil tank. It could be happened. The worst is that they asked me to pay around $500 for that because the bolt was too tight. What....??!! It was unacceptable. I talked with store manager and regional manager, but they were saying the same words. At last, I contacted customer service and report it. Now I am waiting for response. The oil change is just simple work... I spent more then three hours and got a broken car.I purchased the groupon because it looks good deal. If you didn’t buy it yet or plan to get there, I would like to say Don’t take the risk like me. They will take your time and extra money.- Reply to the response of store (Below)Definitely I want to get my vehicle fixed since it was no problem at all when I brought my car to your store.

Thank you for your excellent service, and no hassle warranty repair. Very grateful they were able to fit me in with no notice on a Saturday to diagnose the check engine light. The month prior I had the air flow sensor replaced. I am very impressed by the skill of the technician who diagnosed the problem and the manager who authorized the repair. This type of service will bring me back to become a regular customer beyond just needing tires.

Having tried other places, I am impressed by Big-O tires. Had to replace a tire following a blowout and was quoted 2-4 weeks by the competitor who sold me my tires late last fall. Not being able to wait that long, called Big-O and they got me done the same day. Who cares about the warranty if I cannot manage my business requirements. Great job on oil changes. When I get there it was crowded but when I checked in the front desk said it would be done in 30mins. After I agree then John took the car right away and begin to drive inside to replace the oil. It was so quick that all the safety check up was done less than what u expect. I didn’t have to light a second cigarette for me to smoke and he is already pulling it out of the parking space. Great job overall. I don’t have to wait for a long time... awesome job guys.

This shop makes it REALLY EASY to buy a new set of tires and rims (full wheel combo), and have it installed at your home—within a week! I did have to change the rim option because the ones I wanted were back ordered, but Big O Tires called me the day after I placed my order and asked me if I wanted a different set of wheels because of the back order. Great customer service over the phone, and excellent mobile wheel installation at my home. I ordered a set of Blizzard snow tires with higher sidewall/smaller diameter rims. Their online system allows for easier matching of the rim to the tire based on your SUV/car type. The actual tire mobile installer showed up on time, and replaced all 4 wheels within 30 mins. Gave him a tip for being careful and polite. This is an EXCELLENT TIRE REPLACEMENT SERVICE!
