They will not return your calls or reply to your emails. The only way to get any kind of service is to drive to their office and waste your time for a simple question or update request that could easily be done over the phone. If you dont care about service then this is the place for you. Their agents will not be there for you in time of needs. The Vietnamese manager did not show any efforts to help you.
