Hi my name is Jose, this was my first getting my own insurance! Adulting at its finest. I was worried I wouldn’t get accepted into an insurance considering my driving record. However, the young lady Miss Diane(a) over at Fiesta Auto Insurance on Capitol Expressway in San José, Ca. was beyond helpful and very, very generous with me. She knew that finding an affordable insurance was my goal at the end of the day and she made it happen. I don’t know what she did, but she made miracles happen if I can say! Absolutely loved her hospitality and above all, her professionalism in what she does. I would definitely recommend anyone to go and be helped out by her! Great customer service, my experience was very pleasant. The lady that helped me named Diana was very friendly and helped me get everything done that I needed to get done. These people are con artist. Do not get insurance through them. Ive had them for years, when I got into a bumper to bumper they were no help. Took months to have some one help, got threats of being sued because they could not help, I had to call Better Business Bureau to help me. The brokers there are not trained do not know what they are doing. They will steal your money and you wont even be insured!! Please go somewhere else this has cost my family a lot of problems. They do not work with legitimate insurance companies!!! Beware!! Be careful Spanish speaking friends, they hunt on latinos whom dont speak very good English!!

The girl doing my taxes was friendly and very helpful in explaining what everything meant. I like that theyre bilingual so theyre able to help me in English or Spanish.

Plan to be here for atleast 2 hrs at the very least. They lag so much. They are not welcoming to no one. And they do not care about customers walking out there doors. There trash. The human bird makes me laugh though lol.

I do not recommend about taxes on this site and if they were made and have not received anything, I recommend coming to verify a month after they made me I realize that they did not send them but they did charge me

I made an appointment to do my taxes from last week for today at 12pm. We arrive 5min before the appointment and it turns out that they are closed for 20min due to a meeting, we wait 25min and then it turns out that the meeting will last 30min more. All of us who were waiting got angry and we had better go somewhere else. They just made us waste our time.

There is a lot of inefficiency the staff is not willing to help especially the broker Jessica has no way to serve the staff.

I have been waiting a long time since I brought the documentation for the renewal of the ITIN, months later they speak to me to tell me that documentation is missing when they already had my documentation and to date I have not had a response, it is already more than 5 monthsWaiting! Very bad attendance and not recommended.

It was on Saturday 04/02/16 to make a change Of name and for the stiker In the car the lady who was there and first I got the paperwork I charged and then she told me that on Monday the estiker arrived and I went on Monday to open I was there that the Mars did not even look until Wednesday and another thing more page with my bank card and I received a payment of three kisses I really do not go back to and. Berdad I do not recommend them ..
