This could have been a bad experience and trust me with past experience in receiving quotes to obtain a good insurance plan that can take half of your day can be daunting, but when making my first call at Farmers and speaking with Candice she made my experience very pleasant. Candice sincerity of taking care of my insurance needs gave me relief from looking elsewhere for other insurance plans. She gave great quality service and was surprised how prompt she was in getting me a plan to insure my fathers condo. Ever since I switched to Farmer’s insurance, these agents are very spot on when I call in for help with my insurance compared to my old insurance company! One of the agents I was able to speak to over the phone, I believe the name was Van, was very responsive and understanding when speaking to me about my policy.
