Kelly is amazing! I am a Realtor representing a client who is selling a property in a high fire hazard zone in an unincorporated area of Santa Clara County. The only insurance the owner was able to get, until Kelly came along, was a commercial Hobby Farm policy. As the property is not commercial, when I told Kelly my concerns, she researched the policy. Not only would the policy likely not pay out in the event of a fire (there is no farm at the property, hobby or otherwise), the insurance had a huge gap in coverage (20% co-pay after the deductible was met). Kelly found a comprehensive solution that provided FULL coverage for the property should such a tragedy happen.
