Whenever I call this agent is not available. People who are answering the phone are not informed. I am very unhappy with the service. They are not doing their job at all. I called maybe 4-5 times and never was able to reach out to this agent.

All the times when we need help they respond fast as they can. And they treat with respect.

Set up with a nice lady in Allstate in Toyota Stevens Creek. She was friendly, informative, and quick to process coverage for my lease. I recommend if you dont have insurance or looking to switch to a better insurance.

Not once in the past two years I’ve had my car and insurance has this “agent” ever picked up my calls, I’ve tried different days of the week, different times, etc. Starting to wonder if he’s even real.

Horrible! Not once can i get a hold of anyone at office. I am trying to cancel my insurance, they dont even respond to my calls or emails for that!

Very professional office group. They met my needs, as well price points. Service when you have a claim is done right! I’m prefer human contact over Internet they provided me factory replacement parts on my claim and service was over the top. This company “Allstate” offers a win win “you can’t go wrong “

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with an insurance company. I purchased a Toyota truck in Dec 2018 and and clearly disclosed with them that I would be switching back to my cheaper previous insurance company after 1 month. They did not disclose to me that they would ding me with a hefty fee when Id make the change. Ive tried to resolve this matter by calling the office close to 10 times but they always say the manager is away or unavailable but that I will get a call back. Never got a call back. This went on for months. Now theyve sent me to collections! Overall Im extremely disappointed with their level on incompetence and I highly advise to NEVER give this Allstate team, or the company as a whole, any of your business.
