Dylan’s office has a miscommunication with our lender regarding the house insurance. We were not sure so we paid Dylan because he has been our agent for years. However, it turned out that Dylan office has known about the high deductible that our lender cannot accept. We have contacted the office and the insurance company Pacific Specialty, whom asked us to provide coverage letter for a full refund. He is now refuse to refund us, although we have been having double coverage. We paid Dylan about a month after our lender has communicated with Dylan and decided to go with another agency. We have reached out via email, text, phone for the past weeks or so and heave yet to receive a response. Unfortunately, we will have to reconsidered renewing our upcoming policy due to this unprofessional behavior.
