Great service. I called them to get a General Liability policy for my business to be able to rent an office. Receptionist was nice and transferred me to Mike. Mike got all the info needed in one phone call (unlike other brokers who keeps going back and forth asking for more details). This shows that they know what they are doing. Got a quote same day. Next morning after they opened Mike called to finalize everything. Docs signed and payment was submitted online. Got my certificate by noon. Great straightforward service.

When I was looking for a new insurance policy I called up a provider and was given a terrible quote. By the time I got to Joseph, I had tried three insurance companies and was about to give up. Meaning: pay off the home, go without insurance. Then an Allstate agent (Allstate had suspended new policies for what I was looking for) passed me to Joseph at All Spectrum Insurance Brokers. Did not know him from Adam, had no idea what to expect. I had plenty of experience: hours on the phone, answering the same question for the third time on how far the nearest fire hydrant was, and did the home have central heating, and so on. Then, in one instance two full days, later, a response of we do not write new policies in your area. What exactly took two days to figure out this piece of rocket science? Who knows. Joseph? The shortest discussion of the kind I have ever had. More questions later, but not before he had sorted through the insurers that were not interested, and the ones that were. And then he closed the deal. An affordable one. There is really nothing that I could wish to have gone better. Without a trace of hesitation - go use this broker. You will not regret it. This is not a 4.501 rating, This is a 5.000 rating. Nothing to improve.
