The estimators, Joe, was patient, responsive to my calls and respectful. He made sure we were totally satisfied before he took receipt of the final payment. I was impressed with this aspect of how they do business. The young men who installed my air conditioning were courteous the whole time. They cooperated with each other, and there were four of them. I never heard a crude word the whole day. Unusual and appreciated very much. I never give a five star rating. I feel as though there is always room for improvement. However, this company truly deserves it.

Aquinas installed a new furnace and heat pump for us. They were prompt, courteous and did an excellent job. Their prices were reasonable. I recommend you give them a try.

I had 4 quotes and this company gave the best and most reasonable quote. I had to do my homework so shop no more! This is the best AC company I could ask for. Joe was 2 out of the 4 guys who came out for a consult. Very knowledgeable and came within 24 hours. His crew was awesome. Polite and very respectful. Quiet workers that came and did their jobs well. I was impressed with how things were done. Very organized. Joe came out and oversaw the work everyday and gave me a briefing of what’s going on. They were also able to extract a very old furnace that turned out to be a big PIA to get out. We are a very pleased customer. They were very accommodating!

I told them what was going on with my heater and they were able to come out the very same day! They were able to repair my heater for an affordable price. I never ever leave a review but I had to recognize Joe for his impeccable service and professionalism. My husband was out of town and I was 98% sure I broke our AC. Trying to get this fixed before my husband came home (haha) I found Aquinas and called the service manager immediately. After explaining my situation and the urgency to get this done sooner rather than later, Joe was very accommodating and understood my need to get serviced ASAP. I have to commend this company for their efficiency and while Joe was very knowledgeable his good intentions were very apparent. Contacted Aquinas today at noon and they were able to send someone to repair our heater within a few hours. Pricing was competitive and upfront compared to the other few companies I called that cost a fortune to have same day repairs. Andy was very professional and even went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were answered.

Our heater stopped working a few days ago and aquinas was able to come out within 24 hours. We were afraid that our unit night need to be replaced, but after checking a bunch of things including climbing the attic to check our ducting, their tech was able to to determine that we had too much filtration going on. We had a min labor charge for the dispatch! What a relief for honest and professional service.
