Tow truck driver was very nice and professional, I handed him my key that was in immaculate condition.When he delivered my car to the mechanic, he handed my key in 3 broken places. He stated it fell apart.But if you enlargen the images, you can see the key faub was cracked.Accidents happen. Desert towing Manager Gloria paid me for the replacement key that had to be made, and I Thank her. You wont go wrong here. Everyone was really nice.Everyone, I suggest getting AAA at least 200 mile coverage.

From a professional perspective, a customer of ours was having battery issues and reached out to us. We called Desert Towing because they are a local business, and requested that they install a new battery on the vehicle and that we would pay for it. They stated they were busy and it would take roughly 2hrs. At 2pm we informed our customer and they were okay even though it is over 100 degrees today. Its now 5pm and the customer is still waiting. We reached back out to Desert Towing and they stated that they didnt even have the customer on the schedule! Extremely disappointed in the lack of effort and care. We will not be recommending this company.

They probably do good work but one of the drivers ran a red light while texting on his phone and ran into my aunt. Thank God shes doing good has to learn to walk right again because someone thought a text was so important. Hope you got the message out buddy. What if it was your aunt or mother

Had about 80% of a wratchet bit embed itself into my tire on the way home from work around 11pm. Called these folks up and was quoted an hour time, they showed up in like 20 minutes, if that, and had me back on the road in no time. Greatly appreciated. Have used their service for years for tows and etc.. And will continue to use them. Thanks again!

Very friendly and helpful great sense of humor and they even discounted my toe and went out of their way to tow my vehicle when it was not even in their location just because I said I want them to do the toe especially made that possible so that was pretty awesome

I have had a few of my classic vehicles towed by Desert Towing on numerous occasions and Ive had nothing but positive experiences with them. But to be quite honest, the MAIN REASON for my positive experiences is because of their driver, MICHAEL. He has been dispatched to my location quite a few times and when I see that hes the one wholl be towing one of my babys, the worries of my vehicles getting any type of scratch or damage IMMEDIATELY go out the window... He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is worry free... Hes Friendly, Respectful, and Helpful, from start to finish EVERY TIME!!! We were out on a deserted county road in the desert mountains and our axle broke. The other two tow companies told us to go screw ourselves.These guys spend 3 hours getting our truck out of the desert. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they had to do.They are alright.

I got to thank them for being honest and very helpful. My car wouldnt start and I thought I could be the starter so I wanted my car towed to a mechanic that wouldve been $85. Told the driver our situation and he thought it might just be a dead battery that needed to be jumped that would only cost $50. It was the battery, he couldve just towed us but he wanted to save us some money and I thank them for that.

Worst experience ever. Driver was extremely rude, unprofessional and explained his rudeness was because of a lie, claiming he waited 2 hours for me to come outside when the time frame was less than an hour since I had first called for a tow.Way bigger story, they even refused to service me because “I demanded them to move my car” when in reality I was a frustrated customer who was receiving terrible customer service.But to keep it short, I highly recommend to not use this towing company if you have the option not to.

This is not a quality business operation. Office staff was extremely rude and with out intelligence. The young boy I spoke with was rude without question and a ignorant dispatcher to say the least.My entire family in a car that died in the rain. AAA sent Desert Towing. Desert Towing sent a 2 seated tow truck. The freaking tow truck driver actually informed me that one of us would have to walk because we ALL couldnt fit in the cab of his truck. TRUE STORY FOLKS.Then when I called to share the experience with the towing operation, the boy who answered was a real jerk about it.NO U.S. MARINE SHOULD EVER LET THIS CLAN OF SAD-SACS TOUCH YOUR CAR. SIMPLY TELL AAA TO SEND ANOTHER OPERATOR. THEY HAVE TOO, AND THEY WILL AT YOUR REQUEST.

On March 5, 2018, one of your drivers assisted me; I believe his name was Alexander. He was dispatched by the Automobile Club of Southern California, and consequently towed my car at San Jacinto and Ramona, near my home in Hemet. My car suddenly slowed down, after driving it for about 20 miles home. The time was about 9:15 p.m., and I was alone; it was dark, and very cold. Alexander was extremely polite and respectful. He made sure I felt safe, and did not get hurt. Alexander checked out my car with his device, to determine if I had a battery or alternate issue. After assessing the problem quickly, he explained it to me, and helped me get it home. I appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of Desert Towing, and would recommend them to anyone♡♡♡.

Fast Service...perfect in emergency situations

I locked my keys in my car tonight. In the Target Parking lot here in Hemet. I begain a call to AAA @ 4:06 pm. Was on perma-hold tell I discnected after about 1 hr. 30 min. Second call, perma-hold again for about 38 min. Called locksmith in town. He does not do lockouts. However, he tought me a trick about AAA. Ill call it the backdoor method. It worked great. No lie! In less then 8 mins. of that call. Desert Towing and Tim, call name, Zulu arrived. I was full of Anxiety, Anger & Fear. (We all know what happens after dark in the Target parking lot here in Hemet). He greated me with a smile and a joke. Then asked if I was ok. I explained my issue with perma-hold with AAA roadside and my axiety issues. He had me take a snap shot of the tow trucks door. Then explained; if any thing like that happens again. Call Desert Towing, explain the problem to dispatch, give them your AAA member #. They will handle the rest. Now, is where Tim Zulu should be called Tim Angel. He took a minute to calm my nerve. Simply, by talking to me with zero jugement. Then offered to fallow me to my house to insure my safty. You dont find service, nor men like this. The owner of Desert Towing in San Jacinto, Ca. should be very proud to have a employee. As caring, kind, & efficient as Tim Angel/Zulu. Just felt it important to share Good company, Great employee experiance.

They have drivers that flip you off for nothing

Great customer service. Andrew was able to jump my the once then my car cut off on me again and he was able to tow my car to my house. If I was to have car trouble again I will be calling Desert Towing.

Desert towing,.... Tow truck drivers are consistently complaining about people who drive automobiles cars that dont slow down or move over. Well Desert Towing has drivers that are all ways speeding, there is that drives a flat bat truck that speeds by my friends home all the time, it has been reported but obviously the bosses dont care.

Rude tow truck driver Jose. Hemet has mustang way closed to protect children on street. He tried to ignore barricades and go down the street. Very rude to me and I had to call security on him.

With a full plate of calls, they were able to get a truck to pick up my classic Chevy Suburban in Hemet and deliver it and myself to my house in El Cajon (91 mi.). Earnest (my hearing impairment didnt help) was super courteous and quick to get my vehicle loaded and on our way. Good conversation made the trip go by quickly. Despite a particularly bad day in which my vehicle had left me stranded in unfamiliar territory, my AAA membership rendered service through a local company called Desert Towing. The driver who showed up was knowledgeable, polite, and presentable. He was able to take a bad situation and make it rather tolerable. Thank you Desert Towing.

It was horrible,owners wife was rude, the impounded my car did not receive an notifications from there, was not told that after 30 days they keep it, they towed less than a mile 5 days I owed 1200 . They would not let me ha my belongings my tool box and laptop an More. Would not sell it to me or tell me where its going,, I found out person trying to buy it they are keeping it 30 yr old Corvette I owned it for 15 yrs,,, Im so upset...
