Illegally towed a car from private property. Refuses to give back the vehicle. They failed to notify business that vehicle was even being towed. They failed to make a on site police report. This company plays dirty. Basically holding a vehicle illegally and of course protected by the corrupt police department. Even when everything was done illegally.

Top notch tow service from start to finish! It doesn’t get any better than this family owned and run tow business. Alex and Erik are super professional, taking extra time to carefully transport any vehicle, from RVs to compact cars, or even motorcycles. Reliability and proficiency are of utmost importance and Castellano’s lives up to their superior reputation. I’ve used them for years and will continue to use only them, literally the best tow service in Inland Empire.

Great service, reasonable rates, on time, reliable.

Terrible service. Rude. Also not willing to work with you or come to a compromise! Tried grabbing my subwoofers that were detached from the car and was grabbed & pushed. Also threatened by the woman, her sons & all the drivers. Asked for them to call the cops, cops arrived & moral of the story is I got everything I wanted & needed so everything that happened was for no reason. They probably wanted my stuff for personal use because that’s usually what corrupt tow companies like to do. Definitely advise everyone to avoid this company. They bring their personal home issues into work and make your life miserable.

My car broke down in town needed it to be towed to my house. Most affordable, quick, straight to the point, and got the job done . Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely 100% do not use this towing company! They ruined the bumper on my car. Pulled it all the way out when they went to take the car off of the ramp. I am so mad. And then they are not going to do anything about it? I now have to sue them. The guy literally refuse to do anything and I have pictures showing while it was on the ramp the damage she caused so unless you want them to further damage your vehicle I highly suggest you go with anybody else!

The customer service that Erik provided was top notch. He was quick, courteous and very nice. I just wished I couldve tipped him. I always tip but I give a little more when service is provided like he did. I hope he gets a raise!

Senior lady requested tow service via insurance. Person named Israel called the lady and asked if bill was paid at (tow pickup location) business. Lady asked him why that wasn’t his business. Israel placed lady on hold, called business and asked if tow customers bill was paid. Tow driver arrived to pickup senior lady and requested ID. Lady refused & offered tow membership info driver refused to accept. Tow driver refused to provide service and left. There are more honest and customer friendly tow services locally. This is not the best tow or business service, checking other options would be beneficial.

Best towing service Ive ever had. I had my kids with me and they were able to take us all home didnt need to get an uber and everyone was extremely helpful and they came way before they were expected and price was good too, also wanted to say Charles was awsome and was friendly, if ever needed I will definitely use their services again

My truck was towed for no registration. They refused to try and help me in any way. I even offered to work for them doing ANYTHING to help pay the fees and get my truck back. I was told in front of 3 witnesss that I had until 07/07/16 to get my truck, I went to the office on 07/06/16 and was told that My truck was gone and currently for sale. I was told that we had a couple of days to buy it back but they sold it the same day. On top of all that I was never given any notice of any kind in regards to my truck and its sale or pending sale.

These people are great! After calling everywhere within 40 miles to tow my Rv from Yucca Valley to Hemet, they were the cheapest! Alex went above and beyond expectations to get the rv ready to go and on the tow truck, making sure nothing blew off while moving. They even have 1 day DMV moving passes they will sell to save a trip. I was beyond satisfied!

Hello, I have a complaint. you guys took a turn with my Ford F150, and you flipped my car. I got the name of the worker who fastened my car, it was Erick Castellano...I dont want to sue the towing company, but I was given terrible treatment and was not cooperative in anyway.

Was the best towing experience I had. Better than anyone else in this town and they also got to my aid at a reasonable time at a cheap rate.
