We were in Hemet, CA this weekend and our battery went dead. Not knowing anyone in the area we called roadside assistance for a jump start (thinking that due to it not being a priority and being a weekend etc we would be waiting awhile) and Alex Towing called us back within a couple of minutes to say they were on their way. The young man that came out was clean cut, polite, professional and had us up and running in minutes. We will be keeping his number just in case! This is an excellent company with wonderful employees, and awesome customer service. I wish all businesses had this level of service!!! Thanks so much!

Got in a car accident on the 15th, my car was conpletely totalled, engine came out of the vehicle, tire flew off, the car rolled fives times, however earlier on that day i bought a subwoofer and amplifier for the vehicle, which to a surprise did not fly out of my car, was in one piece in the backseat of my car, the police called alex towing for them to tow the car out of the scene. When i went to the tow yard to get my stuff out of my car (because the night of the accident i was too worried about other things to take anything out of the vehicle) my whole system that i had just bought was missing. The guy at the front desk said he has no need for speakers and has never had things go missing out of the vehicles he picks up. Yet i can tell you my system was all there when my car got picked up by his driver. The driver also denied there ever being a sub and amp in my car. I would never in a million years recommend them to anyone. Not only am i stressing over an accident im out of almost $600 because of them.

Called for some service and asked about business hours..the only thing I got was a what do u want sir....not so great on customer service...dont know where everyone is getting such great service cuz clearly its not here
