The installer is really nice! He did things carefully to make sure our subfloor preparation is good enough, and spent time listening to our request. Moreover, he installed plastic sheets so that the dust did not affect our house and neighbors. Happy with the results!

I had bad experience! We purchased the flooring in 11/2020, and it has not been installed until today 02/2021! They hire a third party installer SW contractor, but the communication between them is such inefficient, they didn’t realize they ordered the wrong glue for us until the last day before our installation appointment, and we had to buy and pick up the new glue ourselves from another store 30min drive away from us on a week day! When we came back, they told us we need to went back to the same store AGAIN because they forgot to order the tool to spread the glue for us! We are really tortured by them! Even worse, the next day morning on our appointment day, they sent an email to postpone our appointment because the worker is not available! We as customer feel helpfulness and got fully manipulated by them!

I normally dont write reviews but I feel that this store definitely should have higher ratings. The store manager James is super knowledgeable and going out of his way to help finding the right flooring me. I know that they dont have a big inventory in city, but they made purchases and returns super easy and straight forward.I am a contractor and this is the flooring store that I have been using for the past 3 years. Homeowners are happy and Ill continue to refer customers here.

Trying to order flooring and no one answers the phone or email. Cant leave a voicemail. They are always closed. Very odd.

We had a great experience! Jeannette was super helpful and nice. We found the exact floors that we wanted, cheaper than anywhere else we’d looked. We were also able to pick up our floors the same day.

Walking into the giant of a warehouse. I felt somewhat like a child with all of the different varieties of lumber to chose from. I brought along my friend Jeff to assist me in my purchase of some wood to make a nice little bench for my bedroom. The staff was quick in assessing my needs as well as cutting the wood I chose for my new project. All in all, we where in and out in less than 40 minutes.

Save your self the hassle and avoid this lumber liquidators. I recently purchased a significant amount of flooring from this store. I have 10 unopened boxes that I was hoping to return; however, the store refused because I was a few days past the 30 day return policy. The lumber liquidator corporate center explained that most stores will make an exception since I was only a few days past the deadline and it was over the holidays; however, this store manager decided he didnt want to help out. This store doesnt care about customer service or trying to keep customers happy.
