Onlet did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair after not getting it cut for a long tome

I love my hair cut with highlight was done by Steffon. Hes so professional. Now I look even younger. I would bring my daughter there soon.

They are fast but do a really good job. Went here because rainbow down the street is closed for construction. But it looks like they are closed for good. So sad.

I got a hair cut and blow dry and had a very pleasant experience with excellent results! They offered coffee and the atmosphere in the salon was very nice. I came without an appointment and got my haircut straight away. Will definitely come back!

I had lash lift and tint. The lady was really nice and gentle but I didn’t like the results, I was so black under eyes and the lift wasn’t noticeable. I’ve done this before in other salons and was much happier about the results.

Stefano was very nice from the beginning, taking the time to listen to me to understand the hairstyle I was afterThe girl who did my hair (sorry I didnt pick up your name!) was really kind, made an effort to make sure I was comfortable and was all the time sharing what she was doing with my hair, how long it was going to take, etc.I came out of it with beautiful, colorful and healthier hair, exactly what I was looking for and with amazing customer service. They are definitely true masters of color!

I actually feel really bad leaving this review because they’re very nice but I really want to warn girls with curly hair. They do not know how to do curly hair. I asked to please blow dry it but leave it curly. Instead it was blown straight, leaving it absolutely fried. I left with a frizzy, fried mess and now I’m trying to find a way to fix it.

Discovered Episode Salon a few months ago and its fantastic! Was looking for a reasonably priced salon in the Mission/Outer Mission/Bernal Heights area and Episode did not disappoint. Very clean, good music playing, a nice glass of wine, and wonderful staff! Love Steffon and will be bringing him my hair for years to come!

First negative review I have ever written. Needed medium brown roots touched up. Specifically asked him not to go darker. He condescendingly tapped his Master Colorist sign and told me not to worry. Two months later and I am still dealing with solid black roots that also ruined my highlights. Unbelievable. Stefan was so rude and money hungry. Avoid this place.

Episode salon sold me a groupon for 69 dollar treatment. Their fine print said extra long or thick hair subject to extra charge. My hair is 3 inches below shoulder length and very thin. They charged me 30 extra for the treatment (50% more). They said their fine print allowed them to charge when clear it does not. I asked them to tell me if my hair is considered extra long an would merit extra cost. They would not admit that. They were incredibly rude, defiant on solving the problem and completely unprofessional. They also tried to upsell me a trim for 60 dollars and upsell me to the normal express treatment for 150 more. Clearly they are using low prices to lure people in and then charge additional fees., If you are buying a groupon do not use this vendor, the experience was beyond unpleasant. The facilities were not very clean, and customer experience was poor. Not worth their prices.

Went for a kids haircut for my 4-yr old boy. Love the renovated space and hair stylists there.

Only had nails by Michelle and Holly. Cash only. Delicate and excellent work that lasts.

Been going to see Stephan for years, since 2007 or so...he does a great job!
