Love this place! Boy am I glad I found it. To start off the prices are pretty reasonable for the bay area so thats a plus, and hey get your first month for free!! Cant beat that.Staff is really friendly and ive never had a poor experience here. Obviously lock your unit and be responsible but its a great spot. Its self service so you can access your unit 24/7 which was essential to my needs. I just want to come and go at any time. Highly recommended try it out if you are close enough to the location youll love it too.

The staff here are super nice and professional. They are filled with so much patience. The cleanliness of the storage space is commendable and their monthly rates are also great. The storage was also super easy to rent. No hassle or long waiting time! Would 10/10 recommend.

I rented a unit for 4 months. I had pleasant experiences with the staff; however, when I went to move out of my unit I arrived to find that the lock had fallen off of my unit so that my unit was open for who knows how long. The lock I bought was still locked and secured to the door but the door lock was hanging off my units door. Im still not sure what all was taken...so far Im calculating several hundred dollars worth of my belongings were stolen but the sentimental value of what is gone is immeasurable. Im really disappointed. They claim to have 24 hour security but how come the lock was not repaired on my unit sooner?

These people are amazing and help you and work with you how you want. Very friendly and a great customer service. The storage is great and clean. Easy to rent online as well. The place was also in good shape and very secure with reasonable price.Totally recommended.

I rented easily the storage online. Then I called for a couple of questions I had. They answered the phone fast and took the time to answer all of my questions! The storage is big and clean. I left my stuff there 2 months and when I came back to pick them up everything was fine and again with a fast process. I recommend

When we were moving from LA to SF we had a’lot of extra furniture and boxes. We needed a storage company that would have quick availability. And the service I got from this company was excellent. The rates were good and the hours were convenient for us to access. The lady who helped us explained everything clearly and was super friendly. If you are looking for a storage company look no further.

Had a storage there for 6 months and I wont went to the place twice. Was a little late on my bill, but before ten days apparently was a grave period. Even got my deposit back today. Good prices and easy to find. Just needs to hire someone else so the guy at the desk doesnt have a coronary. When he leaves to go show a client their new spot, both phones ring, almost on cue. The business and his cell I can only gather, are the ones ringing.

The facility was recommended bye one of our family friends. Our family used the services when we had to shift houses. Recommend the facility and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. CHEAP! Printer issue delayed initial move in date, however, love the SIZE plus the access hours are stellar! Price on a unit 3x larger than another facility I rent from at only 2/3 price. Yaaa!

Island Park Storage auctioned off all of my childhood belongings WITHOUT EVER CONTACTING ME. The unit I was renting for about 5 years was filled with all my family photos, a toy box my Dad made for me when I was 5. Mind you, I’m 41 now. My original Michael Jackson doll I played with from 1985 was in there. Trophies I won as a kid. Original and rare Madonna albums that I loved. All of my family home movies. My original Barbies I played with as a girl. All auctioned off and I was NEVER CONTACTED. Childhood posters, original autographs.... All of my childhood memories were auctioned off. I called them and they were so rude and insensitive. Said they called me but AT&T has no record of calls from them. I have no emails from them. I am so devastated. All priceless childhood items and they are gone. I just can’t believe it. I’ve had problems with them over the years but never thought they’d auction my childhood off. So many other rental places in the Bay Area. Don’t take risks with these idiots.

BE AWARE... these storages over the past two years have had several burgularys.

Had to get a last minute storage for all the items that didn’t fit into my new apartment and this was the perfect place! It’s very clean and in a convenient spot close to my new apartment. They gave me a good deal and I feel good knowing my belongings are in a safe place! The workers were very nice and accommodating. The place is also very accessible to all. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a storage unit!

My aunt recently moved to this area and had too much stuff that didnt really fit in her new 1 bedroom 1 bath house. We searched everywhere for a storage unit to accommodate her budget and all the others were too much for her. This one was perfect and the staff was very helpful and polite.

This location was easy to find and had competitive pricing which made it very easy for me to decide on putting my things here. The staff was very friendly which is in my experience hard to come by at certain places . I will deffinitley be using this storage again.

Super cheap storage place! I needed to store a few boxes due to a recent move and they were the cheapest in the area. They were very accommodating with great customer service that answered any questions you have. Located in a safe neighborhood and area as well. They have both short term and long term storage!

Monthly storage at half the cost compared to other San Francisco storage sites. 8 x 10= $159 add another 8 x 10= $119 or a 8 x 20= $250 or s full 40 foot container$400, 24 hour access and Uhaul rentals on site. Now the bad news. SF housing is developing Treasure Island at this very moment building a 50 story housing complex and soon will be charging a access toll just to get on the island. What have they been smoking?

I had to store my vehicle immediately due to some changes in life. I have a old restored muscle car and didnt want to leave out while I was gone. Im glad I found Island Park Storage through some of my friends that had great experience with them. Surprisingly, they didnt have any hidden fees and were upfront will all of the charges. This is a great storage place! For an affordable price you get to store your belongings in a very safe, secure area. The staff was very nice too because I was a little skeptical about leaving valuable items there, but they reassured me that everything would be safe.

Great storage with unique view!. Lots of space for bus rv or boat parking. Easy in-n-out. I have also rented their drive-up self storage unit. No elevators to worry, no stairs. If you have a boat I think there is a boat launch near by. Recommended!

They have storage true enough however you will find there are plenty of rodents! I have mice pellets aka dung on my favorite skateboard! Best advice? Try another storage place or you could just out every thing in plastic bins that might help. They are pretty useful for car, truck, rv, etc storage.

What can I say, they tell you what they deliver and then thats exactly what they deliver! I got my unit at the price I was quoted, straight-up total. No upsell, no unavailability. They have late night access, much later than most places and upon rental dude told me if the gate was locked to just call and one of their 3 on-call staff partners would come and allow access up until 2am.I I tried it out and sure enough he was there in like 20 seconds! I do however think it would be nice if they had a restroom for their customers. The YMCA has been nice enough to let me use theirs when theyre open so that helps. Oh one more thing, if a white dude tells you to get in his truck so he can show you around the property, its okay... Hes not the Killer! Living proof=)

When it was time to move I rented a trailer for hauling.A few very kind things the nice folks at island park did:1. Advised me on towing2. Helped me get the right hitch on3. went out of their way to work out a tow pin for me when i realized my pin was missingI owe these guys big for their help, thank you so much and for being clutch in a stressful situation!

Best place to store your bus or RV. Very conveniently location. If you work in SF and live over the bridge it may save you tons of money for not paying toll. Call them, they always have promotion on storage.

When my cousins family came to San Francisco, they needed a place to put all their stuff during the moving process because the house was full of boxes. Thanks to the people at Island Park Storage, they were able to get all the excess boxes out and move in comfortably.

This was kind of a last minute idea that turned out to be a great investment. I was searching via Google for storage facilities in SF and had a couple of options but, parking is such a hassle and rates were much higher than this hidden gem.While reading some of the reviews, to see how this place measured up I kept seeing the name Mike appear. Not only do I respect the name (my big bros name is the same) but, everyone had nothing but amazing things to say about him and the establishment.Mike and his crew run the place with such ease and makes the whole process easy peasy. Everything you need is there. Security guys are available after hours if you need access to your unit and they are prompt.The only thing about this place so far, is nothing but GOODNESS...he even took the time to ensure our unit was locked after we left one night. Who does that? MIKE DOES! OR He tild someone to.... ha ha ha! This place should get 10 STARS⭐

DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING HERE.We kept our stuff in this storage space for about 2 months. When we went back to get our everything, we found rat excrement in all over the place, they ate papers, clothes, furniture and even had a nest in one of my winter shoes. We had to throw away boxes full or valuables.They seem to be aware of this problem, you can see rat traps in every storage unit, and when we communicate the problem they ignored us. This was a nightmare for us and Ill hate if this happens to someone else.If you can avoid this place, do it, or youll ended up with all your stuff pooped and peed from rats.

I had a storage space here for several years. Surprisingly they never raised my price and they gave me no hassle at all about closing the space out.
