Its had bee almost 3 years when i went to fill my taxes because at that moment i was struggling with money, so a friend of mine told me to go there that they usually is a low income help for the community and they shouldnt charge me a lot that maybe $25 for doing my taxes, so i took his advice and went there, María was my taxer helper, she explained me about my situation, which was my depends itin number were expired and that i have to renew them that the whole process from 2 itins numbers was going to cost me over 100 plus the charge of the service, no counting the charge o filling my taxes, anyways the total amount was $525, which i didnt have them which was the only reason. I went there ... Well, i tod her that i didnt i have that money, she also told me that if i dont renew the itins i will be ending paying to the irs if i claim my self only wit no depends, and if i claimed the the 3 depends which i always been doing i will get a refund from the IRS whuch was around 1500, .. she offer me to pay the device in 3 payments but they will send the services request and everything after i pay the whole Amount and i did it pay them it took me like a month, .. when i went back there i requested Maria, she wasnt there anymore, she was the only one who knew about my situation, and my case, but they told me that they will take care of my taxes and everything, it pased 8 or 9 months untill I did get nothing back from irs until one month before the pandemic, i got a letter that my request was denied, i went there and theysaide lets do that again, ok, i said, another 7, or 8 months i got the same response, and i went back thy send them again, and later like 3 months ago i had a letter from IRS staying that i owe them 602 on taxes, and this and that that i have to paying them .. i ignored them because i was told Ive there that they will send a letter tell them the IRS that i was on prices of renew the itns, that they should know that and wont do any action but they did, i bet they never told the IRS THAT i was on hold .. its almost 2 years and i have to deal now wit one year behind, debts to Irs, and my $500 i paid for all that and never got what I was supposed to ... I will ask for a refund and then go to my former tax agency unleast they are more professionals...

We filed for two year and the service was GREAT!! The staff was warm and inviting. Jaime the owner the was very professional. We received good financial tips for filing, retirement and other money matters. We will be using their services again. Most of all the prices are very reasonable and all our tax fears were wash away .

I use to go here to do my taxes I did it for 3 years then one day my uncle asked me if I knew a place were he could go and resolve some problems he had with the IRS I told him to go to this place because they were nice and they help me a lot.So he went there and he was told that they could help him but first he had to pay $500 to start the process and at that moment my uncle didn’t have any money but Some how he got the money the $500, they told him that this could be resolved in 3 weeks, Three weeks passed by He called and asked how his process was going he was told to make an appointment to see The owner .The day of the appointment he went there And he was told that Owner wasn’t here he had some personal issues that he had to attendAnd it went on and on like that until they stop answering the phone when my uncle ask them for the money back they were giving him excuses after excuses is been more than six months he lost 500 and he still dealing with the IRS.

Been going to Jaime for almost 10 years. When my wife and I owed for various mistakes we made, I gave Jaime POA to fix all of my taxes. After two years adjustments, repayments, payment plans, and credits our taxes were finally all in order. Since then attention to detail and year by year comparison with explanations to learn from each year continues. Jaime has also been there to help my other family members with their taxes. The cost of preparing my taxes from Ayuda (hey SF isnt cheap..i get it) have gone up, but so have my tax refunds which to me works fine. The work is done... we both win!

Been doing my taxes with my man Jaime and I can honestly say that he goes above and beyond when it comes to service. He will go out of his way to get you the best return or fix whatever problem you might have with the IRS. Definitely recommended.

I showed up half hour early for my appointment with Jaime, but it ended up being with someone else and they still made me wait for an hour and 15 minutes to let me know that he was go to see his other client and still wait for him for 45 min more. Sadly unprofessional I wont ever come here.

I showed up ontime for my appointment with Jaime, but when I got there the receptionist told me that he was busy with a client that showed up late . I was disappointed in the fact that they were gona make me wait because of this and that they showed up ten minutes before my appointment. Which means I had to wait almost an hour. I laughed at their Bad judgment and bad costumer service . I wont ever come back here

Unfortunately, Im with Miss Crystal and it has been a terrible service. I have never bothered to return a call to inform me about my case. The secretaries always tell me that they are at lunch in calls or outside but never answer my calls and less bother me. return my call the only thing that grabs is to tell me to leave a message with the secretaries and that she returned the call thing that never happens I have a case with her that cost me almost a million dollars and until the time it was money thrown in the garbage I have not achieved anything at all .. it bothers me that I do not even bother to return one of the many calls to give information about my case instead of improving it since she grabbed my case until today is worse than before, very disengaged from her job 👎
