Zhangs’ team was able to move a piano for me on the same day I called them, for a competitive price. They were careful to protect it from damage, and also to protect the floors and doorways. Everyone on the team was very friendly (and very strong)! They were efficient, but also waited for us to get the proper keys when we weren’t able to get into the house, and even helped fix a previously wobbly leg on the piano bench. They also made sure we were happy with the final location of the piano and that everything was set up as we wanted. I’d definitely call them for any future moves!

We used this moving company about 4 years ago. They were recommended by a friend of ours. During the move the shattered our counter while moving our refrigerator. I personally witnessed it happened, but wanted to see if they would own up to it. They didnt. I had to report it to the owner to get it fixed. During the move to our new home, they flooded our kitchen while installing our refrigerator. Again, I happened to see it happened. I waited to see if they would own up to it, but they didnt. Do you know how bad it is to have water stay on hardwood floor. In both cases, instead of reporting to us to let us know they made a mistake, they kept their mouths shut and still expected a tip. The tip I gave them was to own up to making a mistake rather than lie about it. When asked about the counter, they said it was there already.During the repair, the people that came to fix it then made an off hand remark about my spouse who is black. They were speaking in Chinese. Not good to speak when someone who can understand them is nearby. Not professional nor are they reliable. Heres a tip, try someone else.

Zhangs moving is the best. Ive used many moving companies before, to me Zhangs has provided the most professional, valued service. I used them three times recently. Owner Andy is responsive and involved, and the team is always on time and ready to work. They know how to move challenging items, extreme heavy and delicate items. Jamka, GT, Ziga are the pros. We really got hopped by Zhangs. The service provided three movers, of which only one was able to do the heavy lifting. It took them twice as long as it should’ve to get the move accomplished because of this. Disappointed and would not recommend.
