This place is outstanding 👏🏾. Customer service was great. The women who work here are very welcoming and warming. I went in for a pedicure (I am a man) I wasnt treated any differently then any other client which I admire a LOT! The work thats was done exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this specific establishment who is looking for honest and professional work done. Thank you New French Nails !

I can honestly say that I have gotten the MOST compliments on my nails since I started going here. Minnie is amazing! She pays attention to detail, makes sure that youre happy along the way (shape, number of coatings, and color), gives great hand massages and is friendly.I always go for the gel manicure with matte finish (you can make any color matte but as a heads up it lightens the color. The black looked more dark grey). Im not kidding that they last! 3 weeks and no chipping, nothing.In the pictures the grey was a more blue grey, but with matte a lighter more green grey.

Im disappointed I could have done it better myself they did the bare minimum and a shoddy job at that scraped the surface of my nails up and no buff after not worth the money in the slightest. I think they assumed because I was a guy they didnt have to try.

I love this place! My sister and I go here once a month for over a year now. Wouldnt go anywhere else :) Lan is amazing!!

Great salon. Gel manicure is going on week 4 without chipping or breaking. Only place in SF that has lasted over 2 weeks for me. I go to Tammy.

I had Hanna for a gel manicure which turned out absolutely perfect. She paid close attention to detail and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it every step of the way. Sandy did my pedicure and it was also perfect! I don’t live in town but I will be back! :) it was a little pricier than I would normally pay but you get what you pay for!

Rating my experience at New French Nails pf 2 stars quality only because their service was great and everyone seemed very sweet. Otherwise, I purchased the most expensive French tip gel manicure of my life ($42 without tip). It was also the worst gel manicure that I’ve received with very uneven lines. Adding salt to the wound, one of my nail began chipping the VERY next day. Just felt like I should expect my nailed to last at least a week without chipping given a price tag of $42. Instead, they lasted a single day.

Consistently great! Ive been going here for more than 18 months and the gels last two whole weeks (Im very rough on my nails, so its a near miracle compared to other nail salons). They are friendly and the place is clean.

The reason I go back, the staff is friendly in a way makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. It is on the pricey side but they do a very good job. I will continue to go.

Lan is literally the best. I’ve been going to her for years, l miss being in San Francisco because she always did her best to accommodate me, even when l called to book a last minute appointment. Lan’s nail salon is one of the best in the city. Her staff is absolutely amazing. Good pricing, great staff, great environment. If i could give it more than 5 stars I would! So many small businesses are going out of business because of Covid. I really hope Lan maintains her shop, it’s in a great location and very clean.

They did a fine job. Called for an apt for mani/pedi for two. Arrived on time and they took us right away. They completed both within about 45 minutes and included a foot and hand massage. Finger and toe nails looked great.

Not that impressed. Polish started peeling in a week and the pedicure was rushed. Unfortunately I would try again.

I finally found a nail salon in San Francisco that I like. A gel manicure was $35, and they had me in and out in an hour, even with waiting 15 minutes at the beginning (because of the rush during lunch hour on a weekday with no appointment). Very happy with how my nails turned out; the place is pleasant, conveniently located and the whole experience was streamlined.

I was unsatified with my visit my nails turned out great but in the course of using the tools she dropped them on the ground and they proceeded to use the dirty tools on my nails. UNSANITARY!!! Also, they made my mother wait 30 minutes to get her treatment started and served people that came in after her, before they served my mother.

Awful experience from beginning to end.Their credit card machine was not working and conveniently they had an ATM inside the store. The ATM charged 3dollars per transaction, imagine being charged 3dollars for a 18dollar manicure.The manicurist did an awful job with the color, I could see patches and I had to correct it myself with the topcoat.4days on and half my nails have holes in the color.

My experience is always great at New French Nails. The bring the utensils out in a sealed package, so I know I am getting sanitized utensils used on my mani and pedi which means a lot to me.

I went to this salon because it was close to work and the reviews seemed ok. Huge mistake. My nails have never looked worse. I was in tears when I left and they had the nerve to charge me full price even though I was crying and wouldnt let them finish. I am going to have to pay someone else to try to fix the mess they made of my hands. Use this salon at your own risk.

First and last time at this place. My nails were fine nothing spectacular just a little upset that I paid $55 for a gel pedicure and the pedicure service sucked . The massage literally lasted 20 seconds and all she did was pinch my toes . Most unrelaxing nail trip ever and Ill never return.

They gave me a gel manicure that didnt chip over 8 days at Burning Man!

Asked for a french gel manicure. White area was very thin and thumb nail chipped the next day. Too expensive for the low quality.
