Friendly and professional staff. Took myself and two friends on very short notice. Everyone was very sweet and did a great job on our gel manicures and pedicures. Will definitely be returning!

I was so happy to come back to the Richmond Nail Salon after neglecting my ingrown toenails during shelter in place. They took all the precautions i.e. masks, chair distancing, gloves, etc which gave me confidence while getting a superb pedicure. My feet thank you!

Three days after I got my nails done, I called and asked how much would it cost to add extra layer of polish. The owner asked me to just go in. When I arrived, owner was not around. After I was done and walking out, then the staff called me back and said I did not pay. The people in this salon spoke Vietnamese among each other. I had no idea what they were talking about. I had no problem to pay but nobody told me ahead of how much it will be. Definitely not going back.

Love Richmond Nail Salon! Very friendly staff and quick service. Im usually seated within 5-15 minutes of arriving and they work fast but are precise and gentle. You can pay with card but gratuities are cash only. Luckily they have an ATM onsite.

Always the best manicure and pedicure I’ve had. Been going here for over ten years and everyone is very helpful and professional. They acknowledge you when you come in and treat you as if you really matter to them just like walking into a family get together.

Friendly workers and very busy. They didnt have the 404 gel color I wanted and didnt tell me until she was going to attempt to paint my nail, so I had to make a quick decision on another color. The original manicurist fixed up my cuticles then said someone else would do my manicure since she had other customers. I thought I was her customer but oh well. I would go back.

I made a call to this place, particular asking if they do silk wrap nails. The answer was yes and I was scheduled at 3pm. After 30 min drive and 2 hours payment to parking miter, I arrived at Richmond nails....and was told they dont do silk wrap and somebody who answered the phone made a mistake...No apology, no offering any other services!! Can imagine service they providing. Just be aware.

Very busy place so they rush you through without spending enough time with you to get the job done right. Its better if you ask customers to come back some other time rather then doing a mediocre job.

This is the best business in the Richmond District. Kim runs a tight salon where all the ladies are excellent at doing nails. From opening to closing this spot is always busy. Highly recommend!

They were efficient but the experience was far from luxurious. It was cramped as if they were only trying to get as many people as possible in the small space. The price for a gel mani was good, only $22, but it only lasted for a few days before it started to peel off.

I normally get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure (for $40) and they last for at least two weeks. I am extremely picky with my nails and they do a great job! I would suggest calling ahead to make an appointment as you might wait awhile if you walk in during busy hours. The staff offer you water or tea to drink. One time when I was there, a customer had extra time for a pedicure, the staff not only made time for her they also put coins in her meter for her.

My go-to spot for pedi and mani for at least five years. The own just remodeled and the staff are very good at what they do. There is usually a wait but the owner seems to have employed a new work flow method, the salon is doing great a much faster job and they keep their price one of the lowest in the area. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here since they opened. But havent been in a couple of months, now the chairs are squished together so evening is almost on top of each other. Very uncomfortable, not relaxing for the client of the workers, but probably great for business. It feels more like a meat market now. Dobt think I will be back. I like to relax. And this is not it. Sad.

I really like this spot! The first time I came I thought it was a little strange that they were located inside Walmart haha. However, Ive came back multiple times when I need to get my nails done and Im by work. They always take me right away and do an excellent job on my gel mani and pedi!

My go to neighborhood nail salon. There is usually a wait however its always worth it. Making an appointment doesnt seem to speed things up, especially on a busy weekend day, however the Mani/Pedis last for a long time and the service is wonderful.

I just moved to the Outer Richmond district and was looking for a nail salon. I went in yesterday to get a fill for my french mani with white tips and was told they dont do acrylic fills.. since when does a nail salon not do simple acrylic fills?? I shouldve left right then and there but my nails were in need of some help so the owner talked me into getting a gel fill instead so I ended up getting a pretty beigey pink color on top instead of a french mani (since that was apparently $7 more on top of the $45 I paid for the fill and gel redo).My nails look gorgeous and Sarah did a wonderful job, but I have a feeling I was severely overcharged. The only prices listed for services at this salon are the ones on the A-frame sign outside the door. I feel like theyll charge you whatever they want if youre a new face.Well my nails do look a lot better but Im unsure if Ill be back. I was told to get my gel nails filled would be $45 too. Thats a bit much.

This was not the best place to get your toes done but when I went in the service was amazing but when they were doing my toes it hurt very bad and she cut my cuticle and the nail job was not good the nails were badly done and the polish was on my nails everywhere.
