I have had a few gel manicures here and they always last 2+ weeks and do such a good job. Today Lynn did my nails, and was awesome. She compared the left and right fingers to make sure the shape was the same on each finger, and she made great color recommendations, and was so helpful! Love this place and can’t recommend it enough.

Second time here. Staff are nice as always and tried to accommodate what I wanted on my nails. The gel mani definitely lasts for 3 weeks, probably more if nails didnt grow lol.

Too many people for COVID rules and minimal spacing between clients. No sanitization on chairs after person left. Made an appointment but they didn’t have any space for me, the kind of place that is walk in basis regardless of making an appointment as someone was still waiting ahead of me. No acknowledge of wait time, procedure, or that I was going to be helped.

Every time I come in (with a confirmed appointment!) they are extremely late

Cute, clean little place in NoPa with amazing, attentive staff. Got gel nails for a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back again even though its not within walking distance of my apartment.

I have gone twice now to this location and have gotten a perfect pedicure and gel manicure each time! Technicians are extremely friendly and pay attention to detail. They even recommended a combination of two colors to help me find the perfect shade! Prices are fair for the work they do.

I want to like this place but the last 3 times I have been rushed out. I don’t get to spoil myself often but when I do, I really like to enjoy it and not be rushed through the motions. My best friend has had the same experience a few times too, so after today’s rushed experience, we won’t be back.

Great pedicures! Three of us came in at 6:45pm and they squeezed us in before they closed. Very pleasant staff and they offered complimentary green tea and walking sandals afterwards. Will definitely go back next time Im in the area.

Went in about a month ago for a gel pedicure and got a great solid + sparkle combo that I loved. I paid more than I am normally charged in the Sunset, but I had a great experience so I deemed it worth the price for the $10 Uber trek and 40%+ price tag.--Was treated totally different the second time! Went in on Sunday with an appointment for a gel pedicure. Salon wasnt busy, was sat 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment.I selected a similar solid + sparkle combo and set it aside. One technician takes a look at my current pedicure and starts chatting about it with the two other technicians next to her.I dont know what was said, but then a fourth technician comes over and tells me it will be $5 extra to have sparkles added. I already felt I was paying a premium price, so I politely declined the additional charge and had to pick a new color on the spot. The technician was standing over me, waiting to take the basket away, so I rushed into a decision and just chose black (completely opposite of what I had already selected).I contemplated cancelling my appointment right then, but they had already started filing off my existing pedicure.The same technician comes back and informs me I can now have one coat of sparkles at no additional price, but at that point she had already lost my previous selections and didnt provide me the option to pick my own sparkle color from the basket again.The two women on each side of me were offered a beverage, but my technician said no words to me. During my pedicure, the technician would only poke or push my foot around, until finally she spilled a word: Done! and disappeared into the back.I put my shoes on and waited an awkward 5 minutes at the register waiting for someone to take my money. Ive never been treated so poorly at a salon before, all for sparkles. I wont be back.

Q Spa is incredibly clean and the manicurists are meticulous - they really spend the time to make your nails look phenomenal. A little pricey, but the quality and experience make it worth it!

They use fresh out of the sealed wrapper nail utensils and are super meticulous on every detail.These broads really care about how happy you are with your color and make every effort to make you feel comfortable. Its a small space, so book in advance.Pro tip: Cash tips only mean super duper treatment moving forward. Im not saying theyll make exceptions if you forget to book in advance, but trust...having cash up front helps ;)

One of the best salons I have found in SF- perfect pedicure. Everyone there is a perfectionist and very professional. Hannah was awesome! I will be back again!

I got a gel mani and pedi. I also got my eyebrows done! Really nice place, professional service. I definitely recommend you go! Prices were a little higher than I expected but the service was great.

Friendly and talented technicians but discourteous front desk staff. I felt unwelcomed and rushed even though I made an appointment. Very clean, my mani-pedi looks fantastic, the technicians gave great hand and foot massage. Glad I finally tried it out and Q is a great replacement for the old nail salon that was there for decades but going back to Pamper Now.

This use to be my spot for a mani/pedi because of its proximity to my house but Ive had a few bad experiences here. Once I was told I shouldnt get a light color on my nails because they are too short. And the other time, I was treated poorly because I wanted a particular color of OPI and they couldnt find it. Ended up leaving without even getting the manicure that time. Ive seen other customers feel really rushed and uncomfortable. Also, the owner was pretty rude when I once forgot cash for a tip. I wasted way too much money here when there are better spots in the city.
