I always love my nails, toes and eyebrows whenever I go they are always so nice. Its a really relaxing environment.

I used to come here a lot but lately they seem very unprofessional and pushy on tips... They straight up ask for tips like everyone has 100 dollars to spend on nails... and to tip 10 dollars on their 5 dollar waxing job.. they also expect to get tipped generously. Really disappointed because theyre desperate for tips but service is okay.. definitely not a 5 star spa experience its just convenient when you need something done fast. The stuff seems very judgy over tips so will not be going back.

This is an ideal place to get manicures, pedicures and other services. Customer service is awesome and they do a great job. Everything is sanitized after a person leaves which makes you feel safe. They check temperatures and have hand sanitizer available upon entering. Kudos Oliviana!

I got the eye lash extensions and the ones I have gotten before have never been put on with wig glue.. also the came off the next day.. complete waste of money

Prices are fair for adults but I feel 35 is too much for a child basic mani or pedi but manager is very accommodating. 💅💕

I go there fir fills/pedis, its cool until they start rushing what they are doing with you to get to the other customers. One lady I dont know her name does excellent job on the pedis, the older guy Tang does my nails. GOTTA GET THERE EARLY!!!

I was a loyal customer and 8 months pregnant patronizing Olivianas. Until the owner Oliviana became very rude!! I had an appointment, in which she refused check her appointment book for. Oliviana screamed at me that I was a walk-in off the streets when I had a scheduled appointment that she refused to check for. The technician I had my appointment with was made unavailable because Oliviana said so. I then proceeded to the spa chair for a pedicure and it was dirty with spots that the staff nor Oliviana wanted to clean so I had to do it myself. All the while being 8 months pregnant.

The nailshop is great!! They have great customer service, they are very welcoming!! They offer complimentary wine, mimosa and chocolate covered almonds. The nail tech son dose my nails and he does a fantastic job I am very pleased .

The owner and workers were very polite and do great work. Ill be back in the near future.

I love Olivianas Nail Shop . I have been getting my nails done for a long time. And her shop is the best out there. Her shop is clean, she will always do her best to accommodate you. I have been going for two years, and I am never disappointed . She makes you feel special, Her staff always smiles and does a great job. She serves you tea and chocolate covered almonds . I always know that when I leave . I will be relaxed . She is the only nail shop that I trust.

Pretty disappointed this time i came here before and they did a wonderful job BUT this time they didnt shape them and they are clumpy these cost me 45 dollars NEVER again and be careful they have hidden prices they dont tell you about make sure you know how much before you even sit down

It was nice enjoyed the staff. My only complaint is I brought my ten-year-old daughter in want some quality time and to get our nails done. i ask for a gel set and message for my daughter and they didnt do it for her (but I was paying attention) and tried to charge me full price for her. I pointed it out that my daughter didnt get the full treatment and you adjust the price accordingly. They seemed bent out of shape that I was correcting them but I dont believe in pain for a full-service and not getting on the accommodation even if its for my ten-year-old daughter. I want her to enjoy a full luxury experience then I am enjoying other than that I enjoyed my time there

Ive been going to this nail salon for a few months but I havent had a decent pedicure there. The women keep cutting too much cuticle and actually made me bleed the last time. They dont know how to cut ingrown nails. I had to go somewhere else. Ill still go for my manicure only because the owner is super sweet and they serve mimosas and chocolate almonds.

This place is the best nail spa I have found in San Francisco by far. My gels stayed on for a month which never has happened before with my week nails. They are so welcoming. They offer you chocolate nuts and any drink you would like on arrival, obviously I went for the mimosa which was topped up the whole time I was there. They do a very thorough job making sure your feet and hands look perfect. Will never go to another place again!

Oliviana does her best to make everyone happy. She is a petite dynamo moving about the space to make sure everything is ok. Along with supplying customers with mimosas, tea, juice and chocolate covered almonds soothing jazz plays in the background.

The workers are not as good as before the pandemic its a lot of new people and they have to be taught how to do nails but the service is good they just need to practice more

This salon is fabulous! The manicurists are so nice & do a thorough, professional job. I love that Oliviana will stay open very late to accommodate clients schedules. This is the best salon in town!

Came in from Texas this morning so I wasn’t sure where to go. They quickly got me seated for a pedicure and I’m very pleased with the results. Excellent prices and friendly staff. I highly recommend it!

This isn’t a review to bash this nail salon. Instead, I want to simply give some constructive feedback on what needs improvement. First off my Mother and I stopped by the shop as soon as it opened. Unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone available to do our nails, but; we understood that and plus we didn’t make an appointment. So, the men that worked there told us to come back later that day. Later that day I called and ask them if they were available yet to do a fill. The lady confirm yes and told me to come in 5 mins. I GET THERE and she tells me SHE CAN NO LONGER DO MY NAILS. She said she didn’t want to over work herself, and the girl who originally canceled her appointment actually came in. I respect self-care BUT please! Do not! Tell someone to come if you know your fully booked. I work 11-7am and I go to school. So, me coming to your shop and sitting there to be told you cannot do my nails is a WASTE OF MY TIME and YOURS. Be more organized. Thank you!PS: if someone has an appointment and cancels but still comes in, cancel they A** and tell to reschedule.

READ ME! I got a full set of nails, pedicure, and my eyebrows done. It was an older bald guy that did my nails which sucked. He did a terrible job in every way. The nails were rushed and thrown together. He did my nails while I was getting my pedicure, which is totally fine. But my pedicure was 45 min and my nails only 30 min for everything including drying. If you get your nails done you know that sounds impossible for a full set not a fill in. When he finished the skin on my fingers and the nails was glued together. The nails where super sharp underneath. I didn’t get a special shape like coffin or stiletto, basic square white tips!! If he couldn’t get basic white tips right for my ladies that like designs and shapes it’s a no go my friend. Then to top off everything when I asked for my fingers to be unglued he took my hand over a women who he was now working on and started filing the top of one of the nails... like what I’m talking about the skin on my fingers being glued to the nails sir!!!!! One older lady that goes pedicures then decided since he was busy she would fix it. She was very nice and helpful. She was just shaking her head clearly upset about having to fix his terrible attempt. Then she wiped the oil he continued to pour on my nails to hide the glue that dried white. She started talking in her language.. next thing I know they were going back and forth about my nails. Then he stormed over and snatched my hand and filed under my nails and put another clear coat on. Not to mention I have 4 layers of clear coat on. As far as the pedicure it was underwhelming. She cut me with the clippers and made me bleed a little which didn’t hurt but still come on. I just left that as karma for my feet looking rough since I hadn’t gotten my feet done in a whole month. My eyebrows was nice and neat the lady that does the eyebrows was very friendly. I read some reviews that said the offer beverages but I was asked 2 times what would I like and I said water both times.. guess what never got any water lol. Oh how could I forget he put on a fake nail to small for my thumb then tried to file my real nail to the size of the small fake nail smh

I knew the owner Ann, along with Jennifer and Thai from when they all worked at a different place in the area - what a difference! I absolutely love this place, from the mimosas to the hot towel treatment that comes with the pedicure!! Ive given up my other shops Ive been frequenting and am now a dedicated Oliviana Nail Spa enthusiast - dont miss out on a true top quality spa experience, right here in the hood!!

I have been here three times after a friend’s recommendation. She loved it & was super excited about getting complimentary mimosas & chocolates.I got my french gel manicure for $35 plus tips. It looked awesome.Since it was a Friday the owner took 1 1/2 hours (!) to get it done since she kept getting distracted to get the phone & people coming, even legal situations they where discussing with someone.The employees look like they overwork, hope that gets better for them.Other guest are rude & disrespectful, maybe because it is not in a very nice neighborhood.After 3 days my nails already chipped. I came back to fix & they fixed for free.After 4 more days 9 of my nails had the white part gone or very chipped, never before my gel lasted so little.I came back a last time to fix them, again they nicely did it free. The owner apologized and said they do their best.I had to wait a long time every time I was there.

Clean place, no wait time (I came in on a Tuesday at 6:30pm without an appointment and was seated right away), open late, friendly staff, they offered me a drink (sparkling, red, or white wine) and chocolate-covered almonds, and were very quick but didnt rush and did a great job on my pedicure.

I loved how they did my eyebrows and my nails I fell inlove with them and they last a good time. Good service I came at 10 to get my eyebrows done and they offered a manicure and pedicure but I didn’t have time. Always going to come

Will accommodate walk ins. The ladies could make you feel rush sometimes. My manicure was okay but had some chipping just a couple hours after getting them done.

Twice I made an appointment and each time it wasnt honored. The owner informed me that she didnt know which of her employees made it but that werent allowed to.

Looks really nice on the inside, they try to give you the ambiance of relaxation by offering drinks and little chocolate. Will go back and see if this is a new favorite place.

I went to the nail shop on Friday when I arrived everyone was nice. I did get a pedicure and a fill in for my nails. I then noticed the person doing painting my nails was using a different polish, I asked him is this gel polish and he said yes I said I did not ask for this he said it dries faster. I stated I never use this polish. I was furious and asked the owner to have him remove it. The owner said when you Came into the shop you had gel nail polish on your nails. I told the owner that I have never had gel nail polish in 30 years of me getting my nails done . She tried to argue with me that I had gel nail polish on my nails . The owner says now I will take your payment and I am sorry that we did not satisfy you and maybe you will be happy if you go back to Lidos nails LOL
