Really great place that I have been going to for years. They are very friendly and do a wonderful job on my nails and everything is really clean. They do their best to accommodate getting people in who want an appointment and therefore can sometimes run a little late but other than that everything is pretty perfect.

Jenny is friendly and fantastic!Update: I got this gel manicure over one month ago, and lockdown prevented me going back before the holidays - however, Ive never had them last this long without chipping; I have even cut them and the polish stays and stays! Im amazed. Hoping I can return safely soon.

I appreciate the enthusiasm and precision people put in a profession they have chosen. The ladies at Nail Pretty are true examples of this; very friendly and caring with their customers, and careful with their hands and toes 💅🏼💅🏽💅🏾

This place is alright. I came here after an appointment at Skin Spirit a few doors down and decided to get a pedicure and full set. They sat me down at a table and grabbed a bowl to soak my feet in... while others who came in for mani + pedi were seated at the massage chairs. Not sure if it was because they needed me at the table for the full set but at other nail salons I’ve never had that experience... they will usually bring their supplies to the seats. Then, I wanted to remove all of my nails because I’ve had them for a while and replace them with new ones. They INSISTED I keep them because they were “still good” and wouldn’t break, but I think they were just being lazy because today, one week later, two have broken and others are lifting... also the paint was chipping even though I got gel. Then my card wasn’t working at the time of payment so I told them my boyfriend was coming and I waited, one of the ladies then locked the door... as if I was going to make a run for it?? My boyfriend came and made payment and they charged him more than they told me out of their mouth I would be charged.I was told $55 for hands and $21 for feet. That equals $76. They charged his card $91.I will never come back here again, and just because your guest isn’t the typical Presidio client doesn’t mean they are not worthy of equal service. Money is money, manners are manners. If I show up with both, treat me the same as everyone else.

They are always friendly, and remember me by name. I just had a manicure by Jenny. She is a perfectionist. Reasonably priced, warm, kind gals. I Highly recommend them.

By far the best nail salon in the bay area! Compared to a number of places Ive been on Union street, this place really pays attention to detail and ensures they do a good job. Their manicures last all week long. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

These women are the best! First of all the atmosphere is positive and family like. Naly and her team have all worked together for over 15 years and they are nothing short of passionate (really) about what they do. This is the best nail salon Ive ever been to and Naly is like family.
