Local Bernal Heights business that has been impacted by COVID closure. If we want to keep Helen the owner and other local businesses open please think about going back now. She has been paying rent for the entire year despite not being able to be open. If we say shop local and support local -- this is one way to do it.

Friendly staff. Limited color selection. Made several cuticles bleed.

Nice, relaxing job on the pedicure -- but strong push to up-sell for a combination mani-pedi which I didnt want and then they charged $25 instead of the listed price of $22 because they turned on the uncomfortable massage chair that I didnt ask for. Not a big deal because it was only $3, but I would rather have given a tip then pay for something I didnt want.

One employee was particularly rude and we were told that a 5$ tip wasn’t enough for a 30$ service. Nail polish application was terrible for both my friend and I and we got kicked out as soon as the polish was applied because they were closing... so it obviously got messed up. I’m usually pretty understanding but this was a really bad experience. Should’ve gone elsewhere.

Add services without informing you that they are extra. Massage is included everywhere else so it was ridiculous. They skipped us in line and helped someone else and they take more customers then they have staff. Awful, pissed I went there and paid that much.
