Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this Cortland business has been temporarily closed until May 30th, 2020. Latest rumor is they may reopen sometime in early or mid-June 2020, I suppose after the appropriate city authority gives them the green light to do so. Please let us know via Facebook(FB) when this business will reopen We need its services again badly, PLEASE HURRY & OPEN IN EARLY JUNE IF DOABLE.

I go here for both nails and waxing. This is a terrific salon, and they always do a great job.

What a wonderful place to get your nails done!! Lovely people, great atmosphere, and nothing beats a mimosa while youre getting a pedicure.

Average. I got the Deluxe Mani/Pedi, which is actually just a regular Mani/Pedi with an extra 10-min foot massage (They set a kitchen timer! haha) . Again, all average service. Nothing remarkable. I had gel polish removal which I dont recommend anywhere because its often painful and removes the top layer of nail.Ive been to all three nail salons on Cortland and I think that this is the best of those. However, if youre willing to travel a bit further, there are better nail salons for a similar price range in Potrero.

Had a manicure which came out pretty but nail polish was old so didnt set up well. The woman doing my nails kept using a nail file and filed the tips of my fingers as much as my nails. Now my fingers are sore. Wont go back.

Very rude to my young daughter, who they refused to do a manicure or pedicure for at all, even though she had money, and was very polite. They told her she wasnt welcome there.On a side note:all 3 nail salons on Cortland ave. are owned by the same person.

Had a pedicure done 3 weeks ago and the color is still holding strong. Person who helped me actually gave a mini foot massage which felt really good. I never feel rushed at this place.

Small, comfy, good gentle service in Bernal with fun shops and food nearby. Short wait time if at all.

So very disappointed.Normally, I love this place, they always do a great job. In fact, they did a great job on Friday, on the people in my party that they actually got to.My wedding party came in to get manis and pedis. I had scheduled the appointments well in advance, 3 of us at 2pm, 3 of us at 2:30. When I called I made sure that we would all be done by 3:30, because we had a wedding rehearsal to get to.They took two walk-ins while they were helping us (SO GREEDY), and consequently, were not able to get around to two of the manicures in my party (my f$@&ing Mom and my sister). On top of that they were not done by 3:30.I was so upset, and I still am, enough so that even though this is my regular and favorite place to come for manis and pedis I dont think I will be back. I had really been looking forward to treating the women in my bridal party, and Fridays experience was absolutely terrible.
